Cedric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded to all our inquiries within moments. He was kind, caring and always helpful. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, clean and had a spectacular view. Airport transportation was worry free. There was always an endless supply of snacks and various meal options to enjoy. The staff overall are amazing, making your stay wonderful. A few comments that I have regarding the resort are no reflection of Cedric. We paid for wifi service and it was not accessible most of the time. Trying to address the service issues was frustrating. Although we understand the process for evening dinner reservations, doing it every few days rather than every day would be easier. Of course you can always go to the buffets which are great. Beautiful resort to enjoy sunshine, relax time and priceless views. Reserve your experience through Cedric. You won’t be disappointed!

Nice resort with all the amenities. The unit given to us had a nice ocean view and it was very close to the ocean itself. Enjoyed the sound of the waves crashing at night. The location was perfect away from the loud restaurants/bars row. Small issues with the resort but Dennis’ quick responsiveness was able to correct it. Definitely will comeback

This Airbnb is in a hotel. The hotel has multiple suites consisting of different apartments. It’s extremely clean and beautifully designed. This place is located right on the beach in a great location. Just walk down the beach to multiple restaurants and bars. There was a leak in the first unit and we had to be moved to another unit. The reason I did not give a bad review was because the host was super responsive and handled everything wonderfully. Plus the new three bedroom unit was a major upgrade. Extremely professional helpful and responsive host We all definitely come back very soon

Indira is a wonderful host and the Velero property with its swimming pool is just lovely with very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely loved it and can for sure recommend it; will likely be back if it is available.

We were lucky to have one of the units with an excellent view. Unit was clean and spacious and great location. Pool area and staff excellent so close to the beach Our unit was not available for a couple of days but got sorted out fairly fast. Patricia was very helpful and fast to respond.

Our experience was great from start to finish. Steve was a pleasure to deal with and quickly responded to all questions and accommodated last minute changes to our vacation plans. an extraordinary experience

Sabrina was amazingly quick responding. Some issue rised and she was able to accomodate us last minute and so thankful for that. The ammneties of the hotel are BEAUTYFUL, and the food is exquisite. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Great experience from start to finish, James was incredibly responsive and very willing to assist with any questions. The resort was what I expected and a great place to stay, the room was adequate and severed its purpose, does need so renovation but that didn't stop it being a great time. The food was overall very good and the amenities great, would definitely go again and book through James.
