This is a fabulously well designed, peaceful, green, river-side oasis within a 15-minute walk to the south Palolem beach. All amenities are carefully chosen to create a very design-forward, uncluttered, gracious space. This villa is designed in a very eco friendly, unobtrusive way with natural reed rugs, baskets and a lovely chariot. Do note: It is essential to use a taxi or have a small car/scooter as the beautiful, red stone walled drive is quite narrow. ( A rented Swift was fine with mirrors pulled in). On our first morning Diljit, the marvelous caretaker, brought us three fresh coconuts from the property. My mother asked for an iron and it appeared immediately. Diljit suggested Meena's, a local Goan restaurant within walking distance which is reasonably priced and fabulous. Towards the north of Palolem is Casa Jali, a wonderful place for a sunset drink or breakfast. We cant wait to return! Thank you so very much!!

A beautiful place. Felt right at home. Very clean house and well maintained. All amenities were working well. The view is beautiful and pleasant and if you’re lucky you’ll meet some langoors too. The location is slightly away from the beach and restaurants so a bike is recommended. The caretaker will provide you with the details. Overall enjoyed the cozy stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered a sense of peace and calm that made our trip truly relaxing. The place exceeded our expectations, it was even better than the photos. Spacious, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and kitchen essentials. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and spotlessly clean. The caretaker made our check-in smooth and was readily available throughout our stay. The society’s accessible pool was the cherry on top, and the view from the large balcony was a real bonus especially during the evening sunsets. Just returned from a months stay and what a lovely time I’ve had. The bungalow was perfect. Loved the peaceful surroundings with all the greenery surrounding me. A big plus is it’s a 5min stroll from the beach so nice to get away from the sand to clean paving slabs and marble floors. The 4 poster bed was a beauty…comfortable mattress and tidy and clean. Rams the caretaker on site, nice laid back guy who’s obliging and always keen to help. Have noticed from other reviewers moan ups about lack of toiletries and / or room not being cleaned. Ram offered on several occasions to clean my room and I declined- I valued the privacy and option you get with this. Guys Goa and the whole bungalow rental market is not hotels in Europe and alike, it’s a different gig. Instead your own home from home, but in 32 degree heat👌

This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy Cavelossim. The bungalow is just perfect and has everything you could want or need to feel at home. The beds were very comfortable and the veranda was lovely to sit in looking out at the beautiful gardens and the pool. It is very peaceful and yet five minutes from the main street where the supermarket and various shops are. Lots of very good restaurants are within walking distance. We had four glorious days in Pulmeria. Hope to be back next year.

We came at a time when Goa decided to let it rain for 10 hours straight and couldn't have got a better place to continue our office work without much disturbance. The internet and the backup worked great even though I feel a lof of power cuts would have happened. The palolem beach was near by and great restaurants to check. Special shout out to Charlie for being such a kind host with his recommendation and his efforts to make our stay pleasant. Would definitely recommend this
