Waterfront holiday rentals in Business Bay

Overall the apartment was really nice, very modern, clean and comfortable. JLT is about a 10/15 minute drive to Marina. I needed a washing basket and without really even asking the host ordered one that arrived the same day which I thought was a really good gesture. small things that could be improved: there are a lack of pillows on the sofa, it was comfy enough without but would’ve been nice to have. Second was the AC not being the best, you have to set it a few degrees less than you want for it to work properly, but we did stay in June which is almost peak season. 2 of the staff members of the hotel were also extremely rude, lying to us about the golf simulator, then backtracking when they were caught out on the lie, unplugging it when we were playing, etc. (this is nothing to do with the host but wanted to point it out anyway) Overall yes I would definitely stay again and would recommend the place to others

I had a wonderful experience staying here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. The staff, especially Ross and the team, were extremely helpful and professional — they really made me feel at home. Even when a small issue came up with a neighbor, it was handled quickly and respectfully. I appreciate their kindness and fast response. One of the best hosts we’ve had ever for an Airbnb, always responsive, informative and helpful. The apartment is located in 15 Northside which is one of the best residential buildings in Business Bay and the apartment has a canal view with Burn Khalifa view. Few steps away from downtown and has some of the most beautiful scenery in Dubai.

Beautiful apartment and great location with a lot of good restaurants and DMCC metro station right outside the building. I loved everything about my stay specially the bedroom with comfy bed and blackout curtains.

The best and cleanest beach front villa my family and I have experience. The host was responsive and accommodating. My kids loved the easy beach front access. Amazing veiw from the balcony. We plan on staying here again.

The location is super convenient, just 13 minutes from the airport. The lobby looks nice, and the inside is exactly as described on Airbnb. I really like the simple design, especially the marble dining table and wooden coffee table. There are also several essential oil diffusers, which create a nice atmosphere. It’s great that they provide snacks too. It’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, which is perfect. I highly recommend this place!

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Very good person and place

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Wonderful place

My friend and I visited Dubai for the first time. After a long search, we found Hichem’s apartment — and it was amazing! We arrived late at night, but Hichem was there to welcome us and guide us through the apartment. He explained everything clearly and even provided us with fresh fruit and water. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Dubai and were able to rest well in the apartment. Thank you very much, Hichem, for the excellent service!
