The communication with Shai was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with Swimming Pool, kids Play Area, Gym, Basket Ball, etc. We enjoyed exploring the area as well. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

We had a great time and great stay, perfect size for 4 people, lock needed a battery change and he sent batteries in less than 10 mins. Great location, easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

We stayed at the property from June 2nd to June 20th and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I was traveling with my family, and the apartment suited us perfectly. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. The pool was a highlight — clean, peaceful, and great for relaxing with the kids. The location was also excellent, with coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket just a short walk away, making everything super convenient. A special thanks to our amazing host, Youstina. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality made a big difference and truly elevated our experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The apartment is BEAUTIFUL, looks way better in person. And the views are stunning.

We had a good stay at the appartment. Nearby Burj khalifa and the mall, we could walk to it. Appartment was clean, with everything you could use all the stuff to cook. There is also a washing machine which is perfect. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The host was reachable at any moment. We would love to go back to this stay.

In addition to being a very nice apartment spacious enough for 3 and ideal for 2, as well as the superb residence in which it is located and the location on the Buisiness Bay just perfect. The communication and help provided by our host made this perfect experience an exceptional experience nothing worth a 24-hour accompaniment like his, I was impressed, at any time of the day or at night, in a very pleasant and always caring way, it was perfect honestly. Host was very helpful. Clean and spacious property, walking distance to Dubai mall and the Burj Khalifa. Some construction happening across the street but does not affect your stay. Very enjoyable stay , we stayed for 2 weeks and had no issues.

I stayed with my family for a week at Salma's apartment, and it was all better than planned. The location is spectacular, overlooking the marina, with many restaurants nearby and also a few blocks from JBR, an area with a lot of atmosphere and also many restaurants. The apartment is super comfortable, even nicer than the photos, and with a terrace that is a pleasure to have breakfast there every day. Salma was an impeccable host, she gave us all the information in detail and was always attentive to our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Lovella’s place was very nice: private, easy to get to, and surrounded by all things you need during your stay, lots of grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and there’s a park you can walk by. Lovella and Alex’s attention was great, they were flexible with the check in time, I could work from their place without any sort of issue as well. I loved the kitties, they’re gorgeous!

What a welcoming cosy and spacy apartment with many facilities available. The place was more then clean, nicely decorated and has a lot of convienencies, like using the gym, the pool, washing machine, big screen tv and a balcony to enjoy the view. Gill has been very fast and responsive, helpful and friendly in all. Across the street there is a groccery store and the Metro is walkable. We can recommend this to everyone who wants to go stress free and feel at home right away.

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Beautiful spot in the heart of Dubai overlooking the ocean. The apartment had spectacular views and was clean, with everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely recommend it.
