Holiday rentals with beach access in Business Bay

A huge thank you to Sarah for an incredible stay. Sarah was a brilliant host- she was extremely proactive and responsive in her communication and was beyond accommodating to us in letting us have early access to the apartment which was brilliant. The apartment was clean, clutter free light and airy, and was exactly as had been described! The swimming pool was clean and less than 5 minutes away, as well as the beach being less than 10 minutes walk. Everything you would want (supermarket, cafes, restaurants and shops) are just around the corner from the apartment The only thing I would have changed was wishing we could have stayed longer!

I had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s apartment in Dubai! The location is absolutely perfect ، just steps away from a beautiful beach and with a stunning pool that made my mornings feel like a dream. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Daniel was an amazing host ، very respectful, reliable, and always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. He went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. Truly one of the best hosts I’ve encountered! I’ll definitely be coming back again. We came from a family for a vacation, it was perfect!!!! The fact that you use all the hotel services is a great advantage over the rest, we were very well received, the hosts were very accommodating and took care of every detail, the kitchen is really equipped, there is a supermarket across the road, an adjacent and invested beach, a beautiful promenade, the apartment is spacious and cozy with a breathtaking view, the host Moe accompanied us until the end of the checkout was very kind and cordial, Dubai is beautiful we did not have time to do everything we planned, there is no doubt that we will come back here again, thank you very much Enjoy your vacation ❤️🙏🏻

Easy detailed instructions. Flexible check-in with the lock. Beach and Swimming pool are really nice. Good place to disconnect yet close to old Dubai and business bay. Apartment super clean and with all the possible needs covered. fully assorted kitchen, nice tv, full washing machine and dishwasher... Host very responsive with very detailed instructions nothing left to chance. Recommend!

Amazing apartment, exactly as pictured and the view is even better than the photos. Plenty of space for a family, great amenities in the building, gym, pool, beach and Carpark. We will definitely be back!

Zilal was very responsive. We asked for cleaning supplies and he immediately provided us with them. The area is great for families with a play area just around the corner.

Everything was exactly as described and matched the photos. The outdoor area would benefit from a proper dining table to allow guests to enjoy meals outside comfortably. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you for the quick response to a small issue—which was resolved immediately.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Almira was a wonderful host. Very easy to communicate with. Her apartment is really beautiful and in a wonderful location. A bit noisy because of the busy roads but we had no problem sleeping. Definitely a must stay place.

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described if not better. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals at home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet conveniently located near local restaurants, markets, and public transport. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the little touches that made the stay feel special from fresh towels and toiletries to helpful local recommendations.
