Hi, Welcome to Raccoon Retreat! This is a house that you will be able to come to unplug, unwind and reconnect with family, friends and all of what nature has to offer. The home is located within the ‪Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area‬. Here you will have the opportunity to take advantage of hiking trails, waterfalls, swimming, zip lining, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking, as well as skiing or snowtubing during the snowy season. Though you get to experience nature here, you are only a short drive away from restaurants, casino, shopping and also water parks. The entire home is all yours! Our three story home sits on a one acre wooded lot. In the event you are just wanting to get away to hunker down here, we have designed the space to feel cozy and warm. You will find a full kitchen ready for you to prepare some home cooked meals, three bedrooms, two baths, a soaker tub and a deck for miles! The home has a private driveway with plenty of space for up to 5 vehicles. We had a wonderful family vacation over Memorial Day weekend at the cabins. The cabins were an ideal set-up for multiple families—clean, well-stocked, lots of fun games & books. We loved the Blackstone grill and used it for all our meals to feed a group. The screened in front porch was a great spot to read a book & listen to the river. Carrie was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive & proactive. She made checking in & out a breeze! Would highly recommend a stay here, especially for families.

100$ would recommended, Joon Woo’s was extremely friendly with his responses as well as being very quick too i would highly suggest too book this place for a nice getaway if its available since when we got there everything was very clean and cozy, i would stay here again if i get the chance too!!!

The cabin is in such a peaceful setting. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit, and listening to all kinds of birdsong. All the amenities made our stay comfortable, providing everything one would need at home. When we had questions, Danielle responded very quickly with helpful tips, answers, and suggestions.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay. There was a lot to do from games to hot tub. The property is clean, spacious and comfortable indoor and outdoor. The host was also very kind. He let us check in a little early and my wife left her kindle. They were very kind to send it back via ups. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other visitors.

Beautiful home with everything we needed and then some. Despite it being a last minute reservation, Margaret was very responsive and even helped me fix a mistake I made during booking. Check in was easy, the beds were comfortable and the place has a homey feel. Quiet location with a private feel and easy drive to nearby local attractions.

The house was very nice and spacious, with plenty of games and a cozy fireplace that made it feel just like home. The compound itself is amazing, so many activities like indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, baseball, lakes, and more. There’s always something fun to do nearby without having to drive far. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and I’d love to come back in the winter to enjoy the snow in this beautiful cabin!
