Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Burwood Council

It was a great apartment to stay in for the night for my daughter's 16th birthday celebrations. The place was clean and looked just like in photos, instructions for check-in were clear. However, the keys were not in a locked box , it was in an envelope left in the mailbox mentioned as per instructions. It was in a convenient place right across the plaza and train station. We all had a great stay.

There is no such thing as 'perfect'. Carina's unit is in a very convenient location. It's a safe suburb (I lived in Sydney for more than two years and have been there again a dozen times after I left). It's vibrant, and you don't need to worry about what or where to eat by staying at this place. The place is spacious and the size of the room is reasonably big. The only drawback, which is out of anyone's control, is that the construction site right across the road was quite noisy. However, it should be fine in a few months. I won't mind staying there again in the future when visiting Sydney again.

Xian’s place was clean, bright and spacious. It was also very peaceful. really good parking access and space. Air conditioning keeping cool when needed. The bed is comfortable and very clean. The kitchen has really good amenities. Easy key pickup and return. I did have the chance to meet the host and she was very nice. I would stay there again and can highly recommend.

Great place to stay as the apartment was clean and tidy. Near public transport is a bonus too.

Very good location with good price. Well communication and definitely will come back in the future.

Great location - opposite Strathfield train station. Lots of food options in the local area. Clean appartment. Includes a parking space in garage - although we did not use this. Will consider booking in the future. thanks!

Our family of three—including a 4 year old had a great stay at this townhouse in Ashfield. The accommodation was well-maintained, clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The townhouse offered a perfect balance of spacious living areas including two cozy bedrooms The location was ideal with parking and easy access to local shops, cafes, and public transport, making it simple to explore Sydney while enjoying the quiet charm of Ashfield. The hosts were very responsive ensuring our stay was seamless from check-in to departure. Overall, this townhouse provided a wonderful home-away-from-home experience and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Sydney!

We had a comfortable stay at Shania's house. It is at the same time conveniently located to access all places in Sydney by car and train, but also also private, homely and a quiet neighbourhood. Shania is very accomodating and hospitable. The house was perfect and roomy for a family of 5, however we were meant to stay with my sister's family of 5. I don't know how comfortable the house would be for a group of 10 though. I am used to small cooking spaces for 5, it could be tight for 10, especially that there is no outdoor BBQ. We loved out stay there and recommend it for families.

Thank you David the place was a very convenient location for good pricing. We personally found the mattresses too hard; however I realize other people like hard mattresses. You were friendly and polite and prompt with your replies.

We had a great stay at this lovely home, tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The location made for a very peaceful and private experience. The house itself was spacious and well laid out, with four generously sized bedrooms, all featuring comfortable beds. One night did get a little chilly, and it would’ve been helpful to have a few extra blankets on hand—we ended up using the doonas from the unused beds, which worked fine. The kitchen was impressively large. There was a coffee machine too, which was a nice touch—though having some milk provided would have made it even better. The pool area looked beautiful and inviting, although it was a bit too chilly for a swim during our visit. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back again and would happily recommend this place to others looking for a quiet, comfortable home away from home.

This property met our needs for our party of 9 adults and one infant. Ash provided clear instructions on how to get in the home. She was quick to assist us when we locked ourselves out of the house, by contacting the next door neighbor who had extra keys. We spent some of our five days at the nearby grocery store, several restaurants, and a local church in between our numerous day trips to Hunter Valley wine region, the Blue Mountains, and the Sydney CBD. Thoroughly enjoyed Ash’s home.

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy’s place near Sydney Olympic Park. Nancy was incredibly warm and accommodating. The room was clean, cozy, and offered a beautiful view — even better than we expected! Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Location was easy to find with the parking space being safe and secure. The area isn’t too far from the city! Everything was squeaky clean when entering which made the stay more comfortable. It was all just as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable, Wifi had a fast connection and the living room + balcony were cozy. Ivy was super responsive, friendly and thoughtful when I had an inquiry. She thought to check in on us before and after the stay. Checking in and checking out was very simply!

Sophie’s place is exactly as described in the listing. We spent 5 nights with kids and our elderly parents and it served right for everyone. Location is great with restaurants, coffee shops, aldi closeby. Could see harbour bridge from the living room, what a view in the night while vivid festival lightened the bridge.

Sylvia’s place was perfect for our little family (with 2 kids) especially the thoughtful toys that she provided for the kids. The unit is modern and location wise is good too. Sylvia is a lovely and responsive host :)

Great location for exhibiting or visiting a trade show at Olympic park. Comfy beds, easy access, good instructions and more than one towel. Shower could do with a door as water gets all over the floor, but otherwise great. Thank you!

Fantastic place to stay for new years in Sydney. The public transport is right around the corner and it was easy to navigate. Getting to parramatta was also easy. Plenty of food options around and it truly felt like it was easy Sydney living
