Bruce’s place was absolutely perfect for our daughter’s surprise birthday celebration. We really appreciated Bruce’s flexibility in allowing us to check in early to get everything ready. He is really down to earth and easy to talk to. When our guests arrived, they were all blown away by the stunning water views. At night, the house lit up beautifully against the city lights, creating some truly Insta-worthy photos. The home is spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable - everyone had a great night’s sleep. We only wished we had book for more than one night! Just a heads-up: there are quite a few stairs since it’s a tri-story home, so keep that in mind for elderly guests. 100% would rebook this place, especially during spring/ summer to utilise the pool

We had a terrific stay at Bruce's place. The place is exactly like the photos, so our expectations were 100% matched with the location. It is a lovely and quiet location, surrounded by bushland and nice, quiet streets. I will stay there again when visiting Sydney next time. A really good find and well worth the price.

Beautiful Cabarita unit has great potential and for our purposes of visiting friends and relations in nearby Breakfast Point it was ideal. Mornings and evenings sitting out watching the bay were perfect and a bit of "telly slumping" on the massive and really brilliant SmartTV was just great. The property is clean and fresh and easy walking distance to transport to Newtown, the city, etc.. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is great in the summer humidity. Would definitely recommend!
