Was a restful stay which was exactly what I was looking for! Leander is close to a lot of shopping areas and places to do. Appreciated how much space there was throughout the apartment and that there were cozy places to rest. Also appreciated having a balcony and a place to sit. Would definetly recommend staying at Kevin's place! Worth the price and laid back. Was great to also have access to the pool and the gym. Thank you Kevin!

I have high rating because although I had trouble finding and getting in, maybe others wouldn't so much. I think extra instructions on how to find the unit now quickly could help. I really wanted to Take a bath and most maybe wouldn't notice, everything looked clean... She offered so kindly to have to cleaned for me. she was very flexible and kind about letting me check out later. The place realy is nice and neat. feels a bit sterile in a way. rugs would definitely be good. overall a nice place to stay. lots of nice Kcups and complimentary things. if I had stayed longer, they had really nice and fun amenities. lots of treats and snacks in the cowork area. realy overall a pretty neat place. spetve out in the open., newer not really any shade trees.

This townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks & seeing wildlife. The newly remodeled unit has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that was well equipped. The first floor is accessible with a master bedroom having a walk-in closet & beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are additional bedrooms & full bath so this is a great space for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a TV. Good variety of restaurants in the area, some where you can watch the sunset on Lake LBJ but recommend making reservations. If you rather just relax there is small patio in the back with a nice BBQ grill. We were in the area visiting family for 10 days & appreciate having a wonderful place to stay that felt like home. Eugene is an outstanding host & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

House was beautiful! Only “complaint” is for those sensitive to the light: there are no black out curtains provided. It’s worse in the front room because the flood/spot light by the garage is motion activated and turns on every five seconds, shining right into the room. Other than that: everything was amazing

The house was super easy to find and looked exactly like the photos. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. Everything we needed was already there, which made settling in a breeze. We especially loved the game selection. Every game had all its pieces (a rare find!) and made for an awesome game night with the kids. The house was spotless, cozy, and clearly well cared for. Beautiful location! Definitely recommend if you’re going solo or with a family. So many good food options and coffee shops near by. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in. Our socks were clean the entire time which means the house was extremely clean. We met the neighbors and they were so kind! Saw a few coyotes and deer! Would definitely come back.

It was a very nice stay. House layout and cleanliness was perfect. The backyard area is the place to be. We loved the view. Fishing was an easy walk to the water. There’s plenty to do in the area. All in all we loved the stay and would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved spending time with our friends at this beautiful home by the lake. The kitchen was the perfect size to make meals together and the layout of the house was very comfy for movie watching. The pool was a good size for relaxing and watching the clouds. Escape to the Hollows was the perfect place for a “staycation”. It was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve done. John was super responsive and friendly. When you stay there you want for nothing. You don’t need to bring anything other than your clothes and personal necessities. I’m already thinking of coming back to the Austin area for thanksgiving and Escape will be at the top of my list!

I really loved our stay. It was perfect for our my husband and I, toddler and 2 dogs. They had a pack and play, which we didn’t expect, and the location is pet friendly. There was a dog patch area a few steps away from our room. The main bedroom mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but it was okay for a short stay. The place was very clean, and stocked with the basics.

This place is so cute and convenient! Everything was very clean and looked just like pictured. Easy to get into, super close to the pool and lake, and there are so many things on the resort to do (at an additional cost) within a 5 or so minute walk. Kitchen had so many different things to cook with and there’s a grill outside. The check out list is also easy to complete, as long as you know where the dishwasher switch is. Definitely recommend this place!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him!
