We really enjoyed our stay. We had a problem with the AC the first night but Liza was very responsive and had it fixed quickly. She was very responsive and a great host. She gave me some good recommendations of places to go around town. Her post was very accurate. All the photos and descriptions were right on. It was a beautiful and relaxing get away. Really loved our stay. I would love to go back. Thank you Liza for a great stay.

William's condo was clean,comfortable and exactly what we were looking for for a relaxing weekend for 2. The location offers a variety of resort amenities to enjoy, we loved the beautiful sceneries from every angle of the resort as well as the restaurant and food options on site! Kudos to William for his service recovery skills! There was a delay with our check in due to missed communication with the housekeeping team,however,after resolved,William ensured to check on us every day and graciously extended our stay for the inconvenience and lost time upon check in.We can tell that he really cares for his guests' experience which meant a lot for us!We will definitely return and visit his place again in the future!

This is a great resort. There is so much to do within the resort and it's very family friendly.

We love The Island! This is the third time and this condo afforded us some privacy with 2 large bedrooms. This unit also has a washer and dryer not all units have this amenity. We will be back and if this unit is available we will stay here again.

We loved this property so much that we plan to stay there the next time we visit the Austin area. It was lovely and peaceful. We played disco golf and pickleball. The pools, hot tubs, and fitness center were perfect. Grocery stores and restaurants were close by. The neighbors and townsfolk are very friendly.

Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Peaceful spot with easy check-in and a responsive host. Would definitely stay again!

Nice, quiet condo right on the water. Easy to find, assigned parking spot, pool, fitness center & a good restaurant right in the middle of the building! A/C works well, which is important in 100 degree heat. Would stay here again.

The condo was clean with plenty of room for the whole family. Beds were comfortably with lots of clean towels. The pool was nice. It was easy to access our boat. We ate most meals on the boat or at the condo but the Horse Shoe Bay Resort Restaurant is walking distance. There is a Tv in every room, so the kids were happy. Stuart was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We most likely will be back and recommend others to stay here as well. The value was great for the place and view. There were a few minor wear and tears on items but we didn’t stay in the room long enough for it to affect our stay or opinion. I absolutely loved how spacious the balcony is, the seating areas, and the ability to see the pool and the lake at the same time. It was an amazing view. There were a few minor issues with plumbing in the garage but we weren’t near or at the room so honestly we wouldn’t have known anything about it if the host wouldn’t have communicated it. I believe this is a gem and I’ll definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo looked just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The condo had a nice view of the water and a nice view from the primary bedroom. We ate twice at the restaurant that is on the premises. The host was very responsive when I reached out to ask a few questions.

The patio and the view are amazing. The condo is clean and comfortable, it has everything you need. The beach club is a short drive from the condo. Lots of walking trails and pretty scenery. Would absolutely recommend this condo!

Brandi's place was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay very much. My neices loved the pool and especially the beach entrance to the lake. The condo was clean and the beds were comfy with fresh nice linens. Highly recommend this place, we will definitely come back. Thank you Brandi

Super safe and quite condo resort, we ate at the on site restaurant and it was delicious! Deer everywhere, we enjoyed that as well!!

Off the beaten path, but well worth it! I have not stayed in many Airbnb's that offered the feeling of being off the grid yet so close to anything you need in North Austin or just up the road in Lago Vista. The condo is very well laid out and Kara has thought of every detail for your stay including even extra tooth brushes if you forget them and extra birdseed. I think our favorite feature are the miles of walking paths just off the condo! We were here with our new grand daughter and our puppy and the place was amazing to walk everyday. Although a golf cart is available via Kara, we also brought our electric bikes and got to really explore the expansive hidden walkways. We stayed for a month and found Kara as a host to be exceptional! She communicated well and handled any issues very quickly. If you are looking for a place to escape, even for just a weekend I think you will find this condo a very nice surprise. Highly recommended!

James’s place was fantastic! He was very responsive and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Felt cozy at home, 1 min walk to beach access on the lake. Pool right outside which was so refreshing! It was very clean and well stocked! Better than advertised and exceeded expectations! Will definitely book here again when we need another lake vacation!

Gorgeous views from balcony, pools, and hot tubs! So many deer! Very clean! Super clear & easy to follow instructions to find the unit & everything in it, including how to work things like the thermostat. Clean & soft pool towels. Host and property exceeded expectations!! Thank you so much!

Amazing stay, exceeded all my expectations.

Our place was great! Disappointed we couldn’t get in contact with the spa on the resort over the phone the week before arriving so I suggest being flexible on spa appointments. But our condo was as described, host responsive, easy check in, the parking spots are not in order so it was a tad tricky but not too bad. We would recommend and stay again!

We loved staying at Babak's place in Lago Vista. We were in town for a family emergency and stayed for 2 months. Babak is an excellent host. Honestly, one of the best hosts that we've had for an Airbnb stay. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. .. . he reached out before, during, and after our stay. His place truly felt like a second home. The beds were very comfortable, the decoration was great, and we loved being on the lake. Unfortunately, we did not have a lake view because the water level was so low. .. . but that certainly isn't the fault of the host. It only rained once while we were there and unfortunately, this seems to be a trend with the hot summers in Austin. The lake access point is on the other side of the condo by the tennis courts and we loved being able to pop into the water during lunch or after work. The restaurant on site is awesome - please support Broc and his family, they make outstanding Italian food.

Dyung was a great host, she communicated through our stay and had simple instructions. The the place was spacious and kept in great condition, beds were also very comfortable and I would definitely book again!

We stayed here for 5 weeks and didn’t want to leave. Everything was exactly as advertised. Felt right at home. Will definitely be doing the same spot next year-and hopefully for a longer period.
