The apartment has all that is needed and we would say much more to be able to spend the days we want at ease. Good comfort, clean, in very good condition. All instructions are detailed. Spacious accommodation but less bright than it appears in the photos. Allows you to visit Madrid on foot and the surrounding cities either by train or bus very easily.

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants and El Retiro Park. The management company did a fantastic job - communication was great, accommodated our request for an early check in and check out was easiest experience we had in Spain!

Alicia was very kind. the apartment was impeccable, clean and organized. The beds, great. She left coffee, chocolate and tea for us, as well as olive oil and salt for cooking. It's not in the center, but it's only a 10-minute walk to the aqueduct. There were 4 of us and we loved the stay. ❤️

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

What can I say, everything was fantastic... it felt like home! Eva was very helpful, she fulfilled all my requests. When she came for check-in, she brought candy for our three children. Every time I wrote to her on WhatsApp, I received an immediate response. If I return to Madrid, Eva's house will be my point of reference...also because the Metro under the house is priceless! I highly recommend this place!

Great apartment in the best neighborhood in the city! Very close to Retiro Park as well as plenty of dining and shopping options. Francisco was so nice and responsive as well.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Madrid! Alvaro is an outstanding host—warm, responsive, and full of great local tips. The place itself was even better than described: spotlessly clean, stylish, and in a perfect location (close to transit but quiet at night). We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay of several days, and it's also very well located. Two blocks from the building are the main subway stations and it is very easy to walk to emblematic places such as La Almudena, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor or Sol. The apartment is small, but very comfortable. Laura has made the most of the space. The internet connection is excellent, in case you need to work and require good bandwidth.

My husband, my daughter we spent three months while we were renovating our house. From the first moment we felt the apartment as our own house. It is spacious, bright, quiet and with respectful neighbors. It is a place to disconnect and rest from everyday stress. Fernando and Isabel were very attentive and loving from the first moment, I think their house is a reflection of them, warm, bright and serene. It was definitely a great fit to stay there.
