Trendy '70s decorated bungalow near the sea.

The bungalow with a 70s decor is located on the edge of a quiet small-scale park, 1.5 km from the sea. The bedroom has an electrically adjustable bed (2x80) and the living room a sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom (with shower) have been completely renovated. The bungalow is 60 m2 and has a very spacious garden. Your dog is also welcome. 100 meters from the park is the small but beautiful nature reserve Wildrijk, which is known for the thousands of wild hyacinths that bloom there in April/May. The flowering tulip fields also color the wide surroundings. The car park is located at the beginning of the park. The park itself is car-free. In the parking lot there are luggage carts to carry your belongings to the cottage. Sint Maartensvlotbrug is located on the North Holland coast between Callantsoog and Petten. It is a very good bike and hiking area. The Schoorl dunes are 10 kilometers to the South and Den Helder 20 kilometers to the North. In the dunes between Sint Maartenszee and Callantsoog lies the special Swan water with its spoonbills. The bicycles that are there can be used. In Sint Maartensvlotbrug there is a Spar and in Callantsoog an AH that is open 7 days a week until 10 pm. In Sint Maartenszee there is a laundromat if necessary. Every Monday morning there is a cozy trunk market in the parking lot at De Goudvis playground. In the summer months, there is always a trunk market somewhere on Saturday and Sunday.

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. Studio "Het Atelier" is located in a very quiet place in the heart of Bergen in the middle of the greenery. A cozy sunny terrace adjoins my large garden. There is no traffic here, only nature and tranquility around you. Still, it is less than a 5-minute walk to the supermarket. The sea is 5 km away. The dune area is close by. Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back a spacious garden room with fireplace and in addition a private garden. The garden room can be heated with the fireplace . In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Lovely apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!
