Holiday home with pool in the forest

This lovely house is located in the woods on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug at holiday park Bonte Vlucht. The house is 70m2, everything on the ground floor, sleeps 5 and a very spacious garden of 470m2. A wonderful afternoon and evening sun shines into the garden with plenty of shade. The park has a swimming pool (and paddling pool) (both open only in summer), tennis court, air cushion and even more entertainment. Also many cycling and walking routes. The ideal place to enjoy with each other in the middle of this beautiful nature reserve.

Dit knusse huisje staat in de Betuwe omringd door boomgaarden vol fruit. Op steenworp afstand zijn de uiterwaarden om te wandelen en zijn er ontelbare fietsroutes. Het huis is in 2023 gerenoveerd. Het heeft een goed uitgeruste keuken, een nette maar simpele badkamer en een fijne woonkamer met een gezellige eethoek. Op de open verdieping bevindt zich de slaapkamer met een tweepersoons bed. In de woonkamer staat een slaapbank. Het huisje heeft een omheinde tuin waar u heerlijk kan zitten.

A charming detached cottage in the middle of nature overlooking the adjacent seesaw mill. Close to the worth seeing old cities of Utrecht, Leerdam and Gorichem within a radius of 30 km. This place is located in the middle of the garden of De Zouwe and in the beautiful hiking area "De Zouweboezem", a protected nature reserve with many special birds and plants.
