The apartment (75 sqm) is located in the farmhouse owned by our family, in an area with lush vegetation at the foot of the hills of: Buggiano Castle, Colle di Buggiano, Massa, Cozzile. At about 300 meters you can find: an ice cream shop, wine shop, tobacco bar, coffee shop, fruit and vegetables also within walking distance. Eurospin 1 km away. 1.4 km from a shopping center with a pizzeria, Coop supermarket, pharmacy and the village of Borgo a Buggiano. Train 2 km to cities of art and Lucca Comics.

Villa in the middle of Tuscany

The property is located in between the two main Tuscan airports, 45min drive from Pisa and 35min from Florence. Also : - 40 min drive to Da Vinci's place of birth - A driving South you will reach the famous medioeval village of San Giminiano with its skyline of medieval towers and Siena. You can catch a train (from Montecatini (only 5 km from the Villa) to Florence at only €5,70 each way. Lucca is only 20 min. away.The Puccini museum in "Torre del Lago" and the "Tower of Pisa" approx.40min.

"La Limonaia" is a farmhouse surrounded by greenery, with a splendid view of the valley below, at short distance from important tourist destinations: cities of art such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa are easily reachable, but it is also possible to enjoy the countryside and pretty medieval towns nearby, ideal destinations for short or long walks. The house is an ancient lemon house completely renovated in typical Tuscan architecture, suitable for holidays for couples or for the whole family.

It has a small pergola with a table for outdoor dining. It can accommodate 4 adults and has a sofa bed to accommodate 2 children or a fifth adult (51.5 sqm).
