The apartment (75 sqm) is located in the farmhouse owned by our family, in an area with lush vegetation at the foot of the hills of: Buggiano Castle, Colle di Buggiano, Massa, Cozzile. At about 300 meters you can find: an ice cream shop, wine shop, tobacco bar, coffee shop, fruit and vegetables also within walking distance. Eurospin 1 km away. 1.4 km from a shopping center with a pizzeria, Coop supermarket, pharmacy and the village of Borgo a Buggiano. Train 2 km to cities of art and Lucca Comics.

Also : - 40 min drive to Da Vinci's place of birth - A driving South you will reach the famous medioeval village of San Giminiano with its skyline of medieval towers and Siena. You can catch a train (from Montecatini (only 5 km from the Villa) to Florence at only €5,70 each way. Lucca is only 20 min. away.The Puccini museum in "Torre del Lago" and the "Tower of Pisa" approx.40min.

The apartment is located in Borgo a Buggiano, a quiet village in the center of Tuscany, 5 minutes from Montecatini Terme, 30 minutes from Pisa, 15 minutes from Lucca, 10 minutes from Pistoia and 40 minutes from Florence. Ideal for sharing family vacations, another four-person accommodation "Podere Bacci 2" is available with which to share the outdoor spaces. The outdoor space is NOT for the exclusive use of guests but shared with the owners and the Podere Bacci 2 apartment.

Lovely, romantic cottage between Lucca/Florence

Enjoy complete privacy in a romantic atmosphere. Il Fienile , part of the B&B Casa Diletta, was the old hay-barn, now tastefully restored using the original materials and maintaining the charm and integrity of the building. It is a lovely, rustic house of about 40 mq. on two levels with its own entry and parking.
