Before arriving, Stephano informed me in detail if we would get lost, and he also carried a heavy carrier. A welcoming wine gift warmed our heart on the table. He also gave us detailed instructions on how to get on the bus to Florence and the bus stop. He wanted to tell us anything. In the old farmhouse, everything is prepared like a house for family, not travelers. I took pictures of the fantastic sunset and scenery. When I go back to Seoul and get tired of my daily life, I think I will reminisce about this picture. And thank you for the gifts, Nicoletta.

This home is most beautiful. We felt like royalty and were received with the kindness and friendliness that is rarely seen in the best 5 star locations. Better as we not only felt like guests we felt like family. The home is minutes from a world famous Italian spa which we experienced - truly amazing. The home is a short walk to town which is small albeit charming. Guilio and his mother Rita are true gems. We are already planning our next trip to our new home away from home. We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at Tomasso Holiday House – a hidden gem in every sense of the word! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the privacy and tranquility of the location. It felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away in the hills, yet fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch – a perfectly stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, comfortable beds, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Getting there was half the fun – the windy roads leading up to the house were scenic and added to the sense of adventure. We actually looked forward to each drive, with sweeping views and a real feeling of escape from the everyday. Tomasso Holiday House is the kind of place you dream about coming back to. It offers the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and charm. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. The apartment is beautiful and in a quiet location. It is equipped with everything you need and is sparkling clean. In the garden, it is wonderful to have breakfast or enjoy the silence in the evening. The old town is within walking distance. Beautiful towns nearby to visit and of course the great Tuscan landscape. because it was so hot, we went to the beach for a day, which is an hour's drive, so it's easy to do. Barbara and her family are friendly and welcoming. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. The town of Carmignano is a great place to get away from the bustle of the city. Great spots to eat. The unit itself is one of the most unique places I have ever stayed! If taking the bus, please note that the 210 route does not go direct to Carmignano every time, and you will have to make transfers. Just look up the bus schedules online and they can tell you where to transfer.

Francesca is an exceptional host. She greeted us in front of the building and saw us off when we were leaving. She is very dedicated to her guests and extremely kind. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. You can find everything you need, even for a longer stay. The apartment is located in the very center of Montecatini Terme, in the heart of Tuscany. Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca… are all within an hour’s reach. When we return to Tuscany—and we certainly will—we will look for Francesca’s apartment again. We hope it will be available then.

We are so happy to have found Simona’s place for our 6 day trip to Tuscany. We wanted an apartment which was centrally located in order to minimize driving times to/from the places we planned to visit, and Simona’s place was just it. Set on a very quiet residential road, the apartment was easy to find, with street parking available at any time of the day. Green views everywhere you look. The only sounds were the birds chirping. It was pure bliss. Her parents, Carmine and Annalisa, were delightful and extremely helpful, which we appreciated. They live next door and greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was fully equipped to accommodate my small family. It was spotless and warm. There are supermarkets close by as well as small shopping Centre. Overall, we really struck gold with this place and it comes highly recommended. Thank you Simona! We hope to visit again soon 🌼 Kristina, Eric and Emma (5) 😊

I had a wonderful stay—loved the cozy space and truly appreciated the host’s warm hospitality and thoughtful recommendations that made my trip even more special.

Alessandro welcomed us with great patience and kindness. A very friendly host that we will be happy to meet again next year. My daughter thanks him for finding her blanket after we left, yet another proof of his kindness.

Everything was great.

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

Charming apartment in a small village far from the hustle and bustle. You feel like grabbing a chair and sitting next to the village elders to hear comments about the harvest, the heat that is coming and how badly the nephew parked. Super helpful host and well-equipped house. Highly recommended!

Leonardo was incredible helpful and an absolute delight. You can tell he is house proud, the place was peaceful and beautiful. I would go back.

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

This was a fabulous apartment in a great central location. Access was easy loved all the windows and good facilities. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Lucca. Thank you.

Every corner of this house tells a story, you feel spoiled by the design and comfort, it won't take long until you'll feel like home. Easy to discover the surroundings (seaside, Pisa and Lucca are at 30 min, Firenze at 40 min, Montecarlo, Vinci, Collodi - nearer), Gaia will give you local tips and will help you with everything. Highly recommended for medium and long stays.

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.
