Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Within walking distance are the glider airfield (one of the oldest gliding areas in Germany), the Wichtelkirche and the Helfensteine. The area is very popular for its great hiking trails (e.g. Habichtswaldsteig) and its juniper vegetation along the limestone grassland areas.

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
