We are renting out an idyllically located holiday home in Kassel's prettiest district Bad Wilhelmshöhe. While centrally located near both public transport stations as well as Europe’s largest hill park "Bergpark", it's still amazingly quiet and peaceful. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance as are fields and meadows that will make you forget you're actually in a city. We offer two separate sleeping areas, a well-equipped kitchen as well as living room and space for working.

Kassel's party mile nearby but far enough to sleep quietly. Ideal for two people. 3 floor, unfortunately without a lift!!!

Charming apartment as an extension in a central location - it is a 5-minute walk to Wilhelmshöhe Station and the city center is quickly accessible by tram. In addition, the apartment is within walking distance to the World Cultural Heritage Mountain Park (15 minutes walk). The beautiful large garden can be used with pleasure - the annex has its own terrace. The location is quiet and in a village atmosphere with nearby shopping. The landlord lives in the main house.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist!

The loft is divided into a spacious living room consisting of a cozy couch, TV area, a large room with open kitchen and a cozy separate sleeping area. Another highlight is the luxury bathroom. The city center can be reached on foot in less than 1 minute. Despite its central location, very quiet, including panoramic views over Kassel. Train/bus connections right outside the door

Bright new apartment in an attractive location

We offer our guests a newly built and fully furnished apartment in the quiet Kassel district of Kirchditmold. This is a lovingly converted attic with a separate entrance, which was recently completed and is equipped by Holzaura. Here our guests will find a living room with integrated kitchen, shower + sink & bedroom. The toilet with sink is located separately in the apartment. Internet access (Wi-Fi) & a TV are provided.

City apartment in the countryside - Right in the middle and quiet

Stylish living in the city center, absolutely quiet apartment right on the Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, Kassel's nightlife center with plenty of gastronomy offers right in front of the door. Due to the location in the back house of a Gründerzeit house absolutely quiet despite downtown location overlooking the garden. Special highlight in the old building with over 3 meters high ceilings.

Our "Bauhaus" is located in the documenta city centre - all museums are in the immediate vicinity - bus and tram are 7 +- minutes away - and Karlsaue Park is also within walking distance (fantastic for joggers!). From the large terrace you can enjoy beautiful views of the city and the landmark of the city - the Hercules - our World Heritage Site!

Beautiful apartment with balcony in great location

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
