Great location, comfortable, well equipt flat & a great host ! Would stay again.

Unser Aufenthalt in Budva war schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, verfügt über 2 Klimaanlagen und ist über das Treppenhaus im 4. Stock erreichbar. Optimal gelegen um zu Fuß in die Altstadt, an die Promenade oder zu diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu gelangen. Parkplätze sind Glückssache. Ein bisschen Meerblick ist von der Terrasse aus auch zu haben. Kommen gerne wieder!

We had an absolutely wonderful 7 days at Krsto's place. He made us so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartment is in a great location, only 20 minutes walk to the beach and 30 to the Old Town. There are plenty of shops and restaurants only 5 minutes walk. If you want to go further afield you will find Taxis at the bottom of the road. The apartment was also sparking clean with everything we needed. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! Sunulan oda resimdekiler ile birebir aynıydı. Odanın 9.katta olması güzel bir şehir manzarası sunuyordu, konumu şehir merkezinde ve Old Town'a oldukça yakındı. Tek problem ücretsiz otopark olmaması nedeniyle günlük 20 euro otopark ücreti ödemek durumunda kalmamızdı. Atakan Bey'in ev sahipliğinden memnun kaldık, teşekkür ederiz

I highly recommend this apartment! I spent a wonderful month in Budva living here. The location is fantastic—very close to the sea, the historical city, and the beaches. It’s definitely worth the price, offering great conditions in such a convenient spot. The host, Miljan, was very helpful, responding quickly to all my questions and even assisting me in arranging a taxi from the airport to Budva. I really appreciate it!

Radmila was great person, very friendly and helpful. We were 3 adults and 2 kids and I still have some stiff ideas about the from my point of view higher price not during main season and offering standard as 2 adults sleep on the sofa in living room.. But we enjoyed our trip and all was fine, we had possibility to use garage for parking, thank you.

Ev mobilyaları eski ama kesinlikle temiz ve düzenli. Ailece çok rahat kalabilirsiniz. Plajlara yürüyerek 15/20 dakika mesafede. Ev sahibi çok kaliteli ve ilgili biri, her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Bir evden beklentinin bir çocuğunu karşılıyor.

Katarina is a very friendly and responsive host, and she was always flexible with our requests. The flat matched all descriptions that were listed, and was very convenient especially with a baby as it offered a free underground parking spot and a large elevator. The building itself is new and modern - and so is the flat. Her place is right at the centre of Budva and in walking distance to all the beaches and the Old Town. The only problem with the place is that it's on a busy highway which could get noisy at night.

An absolute gem with perfect location next to everything you need in Budva. Private, spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit ! Ein tolles Haus mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Alles wurde uns erklärt und es war sehr sauber. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Hunden dort, der Garten ist gut eingezäunt. Alles war extrem sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Spacious house that is perfect for multiple people and trips around the coastal area. Well equiped and exactly like seen on the pictures. The host Aleks is very friendly and helps out with everything; one of the best contacts we have had so far!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

The perfect place for vacation! House was big, cozy and very clean. 10 min to the sea, 5 min to restaurants and city center. Thank you so much!❤️

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Recomendable el piso de Lea. Ella y su familia fueron super agradables con nosotros. Lea es una persona muy comunicativa en todo momento pendiente y respondía rápido.

I stayed at Sava's studio and it was a great option for my vacation. The accommodation was exactly as in the photos, I would say that in real life everything is better and bigger + a large balcony. The room has all the basic necessities for cooking, also an iron, a hair dryer, a washing machine! There is a large grocery store nearby, and a small one 24/7. The main beach is 15 minutes' walk away, very convenient. There are also restaurants and cafes for every taste near the accommodation. I definitely recommend Sava's accommodation, and I will be happy to stay with him next time! Thank you so much! 🌟

The apartment is very nice and clean with a large balcony. It is fully equipped with everything we needed, i.e. washing machine, kitchen, air condoning, etc. It only a few minutes walk to the beach and the center of Petrovac. The bus station is also very close nearby. Ilija is a very friendly host. I lost my mobile phone at a previous accommodation in Biogradsga Gora National Park. He organized a transport for my phone, so that I got it back during my vacation. Check-In and Check-Out was very uncomplicated as Ilija was very flexible.

Hi just wanna say about my stay in Luka place .Extremely nice people both brothers ,place nice and clean and beautiful location,and especially the view from balcony towards sea.Becici beach not far away from the Luka place.just wanted to recommend this nice and quiet place to anyone who comes to Budva.

Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.
