We had a wonderful stay here while we were having some warranty repairs on our home- Bera was very welcoming and helpful, quick to communicate, and the house was perfect for us: clean, well stocked and cozy! Bera went above and beyond and we truly appreciate everything she did! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful hosts, great place to stay when visiting austin

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The home was peaceful, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was very clean and felt new, with a modern design that made it extra comfortable. The beds were super cozy, and there was plenty of room, perfect for a family. The hosts' communication was stellar, and they even left a few goodies for us, which was such a pleasant surprise after a long day of traveling. The check-in instructions were clear, and the whole process was smooth. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place! My friends and I stayed here for a surprise 50th birthday party in the area. Nelson provided clear instructions and was highly communicative - very much appreciated! The deck outside was nice and we enjoyed watching the squirrels playing in the morning and evening. Everything was clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend, especially if your crew enjoys poker - there’s a full poker table and chips to enjoy.

This place was amazing for our little family, including our pet! Walkable trails nearby for our dog, McKinney Falls nearby for hiking and swimming, and not too far from downtown. The hospitality was amazing too! Easy check in and out. Highly recommend!

For our first time visiting Austin, our stay here was absolutely excellent. The place was absolutely clean. The check in and check out process was so smooth. The host was detailed in instruction’s and had great communication when a quick question popped up. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

This home was lovely and very comfortable. Quick response to any questions and I was shocked that when I asked about a mixer, one showed up on the doorstep the next day. Highly recommend this rental!

Christopher was a great host. Once of the best we have ever worked with. Hospitality was truly amazing. He accommodated well and was very responsive to any questions we had. Apartment was very clean! In our opinion better than the pictures. Instructions were clear and apartment easy to find. Bathroom was beautiful and equipped with everything we might need. Kitchen was clean and stocked. AC was cold and lighting was perfect! For us the beds were a bit stiff but I have a bad back so honestly it’s not a fair opinion. Pool was well maintained. We have a baby and initially I was worried about how busy the pool was and noise that came with that, but by dark everyone was gone and no one was over the top noisy. Neighbors were very quiet and respectful. Our unit was on the third floor so if you have kids or have a lot of luggage be ready to be out of breath! 😂😂 overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back when in town!

Truly a comforting and cozy place to stay at! The little kitchen had many appliances provided and we were even able to make a cup of tea and coffee which was super lovely. It’s also placed in a perfect area with plenty of stores and places to eat nearby!

Wow! We loved our stay here so much! Josh and Amiee were so nice, responsive and helpful! They gave great instructions on getting here and also on all check in/check out procedures. Any questions we had, they replied almost immediately. We really needed a restful getaway and this was the perfect place. We loved the pool so much and enjoyed watching all the birds especially. The place was impeccably clean and welcoming! We slept great in the adjustable bed. We had 2 smart TVs to use and the biggest selection of DVD’s we’ve ever seen. The kitchen had everything you could think of and it was so helpful to have a washer/dryer to use. Did I mention the pool? AMAZING! We plan to come back again soon! I had a great stay. Very comfortable home in a perfect East side location, close to many things and very walkable. The kitchen had an ample amount of cookware and the mattress was very comfortable! Great hosts and very responsive and helpful!

We had such a great time at Joes place. It was just as described. Great location walkable to most things on East Cesar Chavez and not far from downtown either. Joe was super helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better host and stay. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

This Airbnb was incredible! The view of the Austin skyline from the living room absolutely lived up to the hype, sunsets and city lights felt like a postcard. The space was clean, stylish, and the amenities were just what we needed to relax between BBQ and adventures. Only recommendation? A bit more flexibility with check-in. A small crowd of tired travelers gathered like it was the VIP line to a concert, eager to settle in, but with nowhere to go until the clock struck 4:00 PM. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for great location, skyline vibes, and access to all the cool stuff Austin has to offer.

I had such a great stay! The house is beautiful, and the whole area is so peaceful and scenic. I loved how close it was to Gruene — it made it super easy to get out and explore. One of the highlights for me was seeing all the deer around the property. I even grabbed some corn to feed them, which was such a fun experience. The hot tub and porch swing were both perfect for relaxing and just enjoying the quiet. Also, the host was so kind, responsive, and proactive — they really made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. Honestly, it was the perfect little escape. I’d definitely love to come back sometime!

If you're looking for peace while feeling the ATX vibes, then this is your place. Zilker park is walkable from there, and then you have tons of great places in S Lamar. Jon is always responsive, and great proactive communicator.

We had a great time staying in this apartment. We had a beautiful view of the lake and the rooftop pool was wonderful. The coffee shop in the lobby was also nice and convenient to have.

I recently enjoyed this stay, and it was everything I hoped for, relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The building accommodations were spot on, and provided all the comforts of home with an added touch of luxury. I loved the bar (for drinks and coffee) downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. Parking was by (24/7) valet or paid street parking only. I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the downtown Austin vibe.

Great views from the unit and the pool. If I ever have a chance to visit Austin again, this would be the go-to place for stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Cannon’s place. The location is fantastic with easy and quick access to Barton Springs pool and trails. The studio has all the necessary amenities, is quiet and secure , and has a convenient local store next door. Perfect for a long weekend. Would book again.

The Villa and the facility were very nice and comfortable. The choice of nearby restaurants and markets is sparse to say the least. The onsite Island Grill is only open from Thursday afternoon -Sunday afternoon. Also, if you're hoping for a nearby upscale eatery, don't bother, it's not there. That said, we had a lovely time. Boat rentals are close. Drive slowly near the facility surroundings. Deer are everywhere in the afternoons and evening.
