This is a hidden gem. We’re hesitant to even share how special it is because we would love to just keep it to ourselves. We felt like we went back in time when we arrived, but as we spent the week we never lacked in comfort or amenities, and our host was beyond kind, generous and understanding. We walked the road and paths through the olive groves, painted the incredible views, cooked in the most gorgeous rustic kitchen and just enjoyed every second of our time here. Laura, grazie mille! This is a fantastic apartment. Perfect for two couples. Luciana and Fabio are very friendly and welcoming people. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished. It is in a great location, close to the fortress and several highly recommended restaurants. We've been there twice and we'll do it again.

So I give five-star reviews for all sorts of properties - I understand that value is really the question that folks want to know, and an older place in a great location might be a five star for the right price - some discomfort might still justify the high rating, and most hosts are doing their best. But Sebastiano's property? If I could give it eight stars out of five, I would. It was gorgeous. The rooms were perfect. Sebastiano was helpful and friendly. Rosenanno itself is about a half hour from a restaurant or a supermarket, and that's fine - it's Tuscany at its most secluded and beautiful. The pool is shared with others, and that's part of the fun. But this apartment is absolutely top notch. I'm sure it's going to be hard to book as the word gets out. But if you're considering a secluded escape in the Chianti countryside? You're not gonna beat this place. It's literally perfect.

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

It was like a dream. It made us consider leaving Germany and stay in The Tuskany. Beautiful surrounding with a very nice pool area and garden with fruit trees, chickens and sweet cats. We felt very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind. We would recommend Piandarca for 100% and wish to come back soon!

We were on a family vacation. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring Tuscany. The area has two apartments and a warehouse or plant where they process their own olive production. Their olive oil is very delicious, we bought them. David welcomed us, he was very nice friendly, showed us everything and we could have called if there was anything wrong but we didn't. We felt great.

The accommodation and the garden are simply a dream – lovingly designed, quietly located and with a very special atmosphere. The pool with the wide view over the Tuscan landscape was a highlight for us - an absolute pleasure in the morning and in the evening. Vito is a great host: warm, helpful and always available without being intrusive. We felt comfortable from the first minute and enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of the place throughout the week. The location is perfect for day trips: Florence, Siena, Arezzo or even smaller places like San Gimignano or Cortona - everything is easily accessible in about an hour to an hour and a half. In the evenings, we often cooked and enjoyed the sunset in the garden - with a glass of wine and just silence. I have already recommended this accommodation to several friends – three have already booked – and I would come back anytime. A place to switch off, enjoy and simply feel good.

I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

This place is a quiet, sizeable gem! The house itself was large for 2 people. The terrace overlooking the property was just lovely. Having dinner and breakfast there was so special. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. Lucia treated the kitchen with her fresh olive oil. The bed was comfortable and windows provided shade from the Tuscan sun for complete darkness granting great nights sleep. The history behind the place is also worth asking about! Overall really with our stay. It truly felt like a sweet, welcoming Tuscan home.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

A stunning location hosted by the nicest people! Very communicative and gave perfect instructions to get there. Inside the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The bed is on the harder side if that suits your preference but plenty of blankets and didn’t even need to touch the heat for a cooler nights. If you are offered a dinner and wine pairing, just say yes immediately. We didn’t know where to set our expectations for that night but it certainly exceeded anything we had in our heads. Overall absolutely fantastic place Sara and Simone have and after you sit outside at sunset you will not want to leave!

Beautiful place in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. There are 6 flights of stairs to get to the place, which was not an issue for us but could be for mobility impaired, however, this was clearly stated in listing.

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
