Auf 120qm Wohnfläche und einem großen, mediterran angelegten Garten mit Wiese, Bachlauf, Feuerstelle, Whirlpool und großer Terrasse können Sie sich mit Ihrer ganzen Familie entspannen. Haustiere sind willkommen. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie im Umkreis von ca. 800m. In ca. 500m erreichen Sie den Laubachstausee.

Im Sommer ist der Badestrand am Stausee ein sehr beliebtes Ausflugsziel, mit der Möglichkeit zum Verweilen an der Beachbar. Genießen Sie die schöne Gegend und bummeln Sie einfach durch die nahegelegenen Städte Aalen oder Ellwangen. Unser Apartment haben wir liebevoll mit allen benötigten Gegenständen eingerichtet.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a well-kept 3-family house and offers about 85 square meters to feel good. The region is ideal for swimming, hiking, cycling and relaxing and is especially attractive for families. Therefore, the apartment is child-friendly and can be handed over with a high chair and baby travel bed on request.
