The cozy 140x200cm bed accommodates up to 2 people, luggage can be stored in the tall cupboard or under the bed. The dining table can easily also be used as a home office thanks to 300 MBit/s WiFi 6. The modern bathroom with floor-level shower and underfloor heating as well as the underground parking space round off the apartment.

The Stollen flat is located 3 km outside of Aalen Wasseralfingen in the beautiful district of Röthardt (230 inhabitants). We rent a flat for up to 2 adults or a family of 3 with a baby. The flat has been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV). Directly above the visitor mine "Tiefer Stollen" the holiday apartment with 44 sqm living space, a 10 sqm beautiful terrace, separate entrance and full equipment awaits you. Our house was completed in 2020.

The apartment is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only used for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (follow pictures). Perfect for unwinding and unwinding...

In summer, the beach at the reservoir is a very popular destination, with the possibility to linger at the beach bar. For a weekend with our 16-month-old son, we chose Roland's accommodation. Everything was perfect. Roland and his wife had made baby equipment available for our son (changing table, high chair, books and toys) and we were able to enjoy the beautiful shady and flowery garden. An extremely kind couple, always available and responsive. A place to stay that we highly recommend.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation in seclusion, you have come to the right place. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Communication was prompt and smooth. Friendly and courteous. The apartment as indicated, no surprises. Lovingly decorated and cozy. There were even bowls, a blanket and a little something for my dog. I'm happy to recommend.
