House holiday rentals in Brzac

The four of us spent three nights here. Unique house. Great amenities. Stylish decor. Smooth communication with the hosts. For us, the living room and kitchen were unfortunately a little too dark in the evening or too bright with the ceiling lamps switched on. And the outside area is still a little uncomfortable. We still felt very comfortable and highly recommend it to everyone.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! A huge thank you to Lucija and her family ♥️

Ines' accommodation is a bit difficult to find, but the hostess makes up for it with her good accessibility and instructions. We were looking for a quiet, private accommodation where we could unwind - and that's exactly what we got. The house is very tastefully decorated and remains pleasantly cool in the summer. There was WiFi, but I actually enjoyed not having reception. It was a wonderfully relaxing holiday. I have already recommended the accommodation. 10/10!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

The house is very nice, clean and maintained. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – modern bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and our highlight: the outdoor kitchen. There is also a lot for children – playground, large pool, foosball, billiards, table tennis and more. The host René was always available and helpful. When something broke, he came by quickly and fixed it. During the stay, he also cleaned the pool once. He was already waiting for us at check-in, we were even able to check in earlier. As a welcome, there was a large cheese and sausage platter, bread, cake, wine and drinks - very generous. He also brought cake later. The late check-out in the middle of the night was also no problem. The location is quiet and somewhat remote, the access over the mountains a bit curvy – but the sea can be reached in about 15 minutes, Opatija in about 20 minutes. Overall a great stay, we would come back.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Nadija and Renato were incredibly friendly warm people who welcomed our family to this house and ensured we knew where everything was and how to use everything. They were soo thoughtful that they stocked us a bottle of wine, a few Croatian beers and juice for the kids in the fridge! This place is brand new, gorgeous, and spacious with a breathtaking back patio and a killer view, pool and magnificent sunsets! Can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Karlo's house matches the description provided, it's a beautiful place to stay. The outdoor space is well equipped, great for relaxing after a day at sea. The porch offers the possibility of alfresco dining in comfort even with the possibility of a large barbecue. The interiors are well arranged and upstairs there is the must-have (in summer) air conditioning. Tomislav and Dominique, who welcomed us, were very welcoming and helpful.

Bea and Jürgen's house is really beautiful. Located on a large, beautiful area, there is also plenty of space in and around the house and nice places to sit. From the terrace you can see the sea in the distance, the pool was the main place for the children and we spent the evenings in the outdoor kitchen. Bea and Jürgen live behind the house in a trailer, they always come by to water the plants or to check on things - for people who want to be totally alone, this may be good to know. Bea and Jürgen were really nice hosts and also very nice to the children and Bea showed us a beach nearby and recommended restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

Accommodation a bit expensive, but I have to say very nice and in a great location, and amply balanced by the kindness and availability of Irena. Recommended

Amazing house in the old style. A lot of attention to every detail. Nedo was a very friendly and attentive host. He helped us with virtually everything. Really warm atmosphere. We will definetely come again!

Stefano's accommodation is in the heart of Beli. You have a view of the green valley, a fig tree and pomegranate bushes and the blue sea from the balcony. It is wonderfully quiet, with only a small footpath leading past the apartment. The furnishings are good, everything you need is there. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our days in Beli to the fullest!

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

Me and my friends had a wonderful week at Sara's place. There was nothing to complain about and the pictures correspond to reality. The kitchen in particular was very well equipped and nothing was missing. In addition, Sara immediately took care of any concerns. Great and happy to do it again anytime :)

Hello Renato, Mira and Martina, Your villa is truly a rare find. Both the interior and exterior are lovingly equipped with many details. We lacked nothing. We spent 8 wonderful days with you and enjoyed every day in the seclusion of Poljane. Wonderful beaches are a maximum of 25 minutes away. We liked the house very much and corresponded exactly to the description. The location was particularly great (secluded and yet you are quickly in the city center and by the sea) and of course the hot tub and sauna. A baby cot and high chair were provided for our baby and also a safety gate on the stairs were installed and a baby swing was also available, which was really great. We will be back :)

Franjo and his family is very friendly and always contactable. They are caring about their guests and it seems like no of our question was too much. The house is super clean and good equipped. We would love to come back!

We had a really pleasant stay in Sandra’s apartment. Sandra was an excellent host with her friendly family. And the location of the apartment in Cres was very nice with an awesome view of the ocean. And a very short walk to the city centre.

Our stay at this beautiful house was more than we wished for! Marina & Zeljko has been the best hosts ever making us feel like home, giving us the best recommendations, checking up on us to make sure we had everything we need and being so generous and letting us try homemade and local products. The animals around the house was appreciated by both young & old. The AC in the house worked very well even on the hottest days. The pool and the outside area was clean and very well kept! This is the perfect holiday home for a family. We would love to come back!

The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The garden is an extension of the house with an incredible, well-stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area with views of the sea. It was evident that Mira is a master gardener because her garden was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen with blooming plants and butterflies everywhere we turned. The pool was the cherry on top with panoramic views of the valley and sea. The location was perfect…quiet and private yet lots of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of Villa Mirabilis. This is easily one of our favorite AirBnBs we have ever stayed in and our kids are already asking to go back. Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for an unforgettable stay in Croatia!
