Conveniently located on rte 2 it is 15 mins to Sunday River, Mt. Abram, and the village of Bethel. An easy drive to explore the White Mountains and Grafton Notch. The property was originally part of a potato field, offering wide open space and seasonal view of the Androscoggin River. Bald eagles have been observed on the river and flying above the field. Just past the main house, the guest cabin makes a sunny comfy home base to discover western Maine.

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in. Beautiful cabin-feel and tons of space. Stunning views, great layout, lots of natural light. Very well-stocked and feels like staying in a family's well-cared for home, not a vacation rental. The view from the primary bedroom is hard to top. Secluded area with easy access to Bethel and plethora of outdoor activities, and plenty of fun activities at the home. Perfect for groups of friends of families. The hosts were so accommodating and we were able to extend our stay an extra night. Can't think of any faults - totally exceeded expectations, and we hope to be back.

We had an absolutely amazing fall weekend at this A-frame cabin on Lake Christopher! With six people in our group, the space was perfect for everyone to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The location is unbeatable, with stunning lake views from every angle and the peaceful sound of water wrapping around the property. The cabin itself is charming and cozy, with plenty of space for all of us. The large, open living area with its wrap-around windows made for a perfect spot to relax, enjoy meals, and take in the gorgeous fall foliage reflecting off the lake. We took full advantage of the provided kayaks and canoe, spending hours on the water soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. Even without leaving the property, we had plenty to do between paddling, lounging by the lake, and enjoying the cozy indoor spaces.
