Cute old town one room flat - Port at only 100m

We bought this absolutely centrally located 25 sqm one room flat in 2016. It definitely was love at first sight :-) Its location in the pedestrian area is unique: the flat is less than 50m away from the bustling streets of Sanary's old town and yet very quiet, facing a lovely small square. We put lots of efforts and care into fully refurbishing the flat in 2020, to make it your perfect holiday pick, both functionally and emotionally. The flat could accomodate two adults plus one small child.

Sea view apartment 50 m from the beach of Bonne Grâce, you just have to cross the road. We had a great stay! The hosts were very welcoming — they met us on arrival and we didn’t have to search for the place at all. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with plenty of kitchenware. We especially enjoyed the amazing grill on the terrace — actually, there are three terraces, just like three bedrooms and three air conditioners, so everyone had their own space and comfort. Perfect for a family or group. Highly recommended!

4P Apartment – Heart of the Village "Le Saint Nazaire"

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2. Kids) spent one night at Hemrick’s place and it was perfect! We arrived in our large minivan and were worried about parking but the lot had plenty of spaces and getting the parking pass from the key box was simple enough. It was only a few minutes walk from the car to the apartment. There are a few stairs to get up but we were able to get two kids and two large suitcases up and down pretty easily. The apartment smelled clean and looked just like the photos. Beautifully decorated with a fun vacation feel. Windows overlook the old town square below. Amazing location. The beach, parking, shops, restaurants and boat docks were all within easy 5 minute walking distance. The kids had ice cream down stairs and we ate near the boats. The kids slept great on the fold out couch and we enjoyed local pastries for breakfast around the large kitchen island. It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful town. Highly recommend.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and description. It is super well-equipped! Very well located for markets, shopping, restaurants, sea trips. The welcome and delivery of keys by Maria, very clear, punctual and friendly. Good quality bedding and well-equipped exteriors. In short, a very good stay for us. I highly recommend it!

Great address and great location close to the port and beach of portissol. Absolute calm, good quality bedding. We enjoyed the terrace. Thomas was very kind to our arrival and our stay at his place. We were even able to shift our departure schedule. Our only downside is the "tame" seagull who stole our breakfast on the terrace and who at times scared us.
