Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Brusje

This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

Great little home centraly located in Hvar town. Lovely courtyard and cute home that has all you need for a city escape. Highly recommend for a couples retreat.

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Wonderful stay in Hvar! Host was the sweetest lady who was very helpful and kind. The house had everything you needed. The balcony was huge and had such a beautiful view of Hvar town. There are some steep steps you need to take to get up to the property but that is normal for Croatia. The host recommended a taxi to use upon arrival at the Port if you didn't want to carry your luggage up the stairs- otherwise very walkable to the water and town.

My whole family was obsessed with this place. The adults loved the beautiful scenery and the peacefulness and the kids loved the hot tub and the swings. The house is adorable and very nice and the views were even better than the pictures. We loved meandering around Humac and being close to so many interesting small villages to explore. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat on the island of Hvar, you will be hard pressed to find something better than Mario’s place.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Vincas place is authentic, we enjoyed specially de outdoor space, shady and also sunny spots during the day, surrounded by trees and flowers equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. The apartment was spotless clean, well equipped kitchen and a lot of space. Vinca and her husband gave us a warm welcome. We walked to different beaches and liked the exercise. Petar und Ivana sind hervorragende Gastgeber. Sie haben uns bei unserer Ankunft vom Fährhafen abgeholt, da wir ohne Auto angereist sind, und uns auch bei der Abreise dort abgesetzt. Wir bekamen eine ausführliche Einführung in alles - inklusive, zu welchen Stränden die Einheimischen fahren etc. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch für den Strand gibt es Equipment - Strandhandtücher und -matten, sogar Badeschuhe, wer mag. Ich hätte vieles gar nicht mitnehmen brauchen. Auch Grundlebensmittel wie Olivenöl, Pfeffer und Salz stehen bereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und neu, auf dem Bett schläft man fantastisch. Den Strand bzw. verschiedene Badestellen sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Es gibt auch einen Supermarkt um die Ecke - ich empfehle aber den Konzum in der Stadt, der günstiger ist. Fliegengitter gegen Mücken wären noch schön gewesen, aber ansonsten alles prima. Gerne wieder!

We had the best time on Stari Grad! The accommodations were lovely and Marija’s offerings and recommendations made our stay more enjoyable. She was a very warm and welcoming host. If we ever make it back to Stari Grad, we would love to stay with her again.

Loved our stay, great accommodation with great views. Great amount of space and clean. Enjoyed watching sunset over the islands and stargazing on the balcony. Jurko and his wife were great hosts and around if you need anything. Will stay here again when we return to Hvar.

We loved Hvar and this place. Tatjana gave great recommendations and the view is even better than the pictures. We used her local taxi driver to avoid walking to the old town and it was very convenient. Highly recommend this place!

Love love love Aljosa’s place! The fantastic view can be seen through the windows in every room. The location is fantastic, restaurants, old town and beach clubs are just a walk away. Aljosa also prepped the place perfectly for our stay with some amenities like coffee and snacks. Our ferry also got in before check in time but we were able to dropped off our stuff before heading out. Overall this was a perfect stay!

Great little Airbnb in the perfect location in Bol. You have the sea right there out your bedroom window and can pop in for a dip so easily. The little balcony is a treat. It’s a short walk to all the restaurants and supermarket. It’s nice and quiet. You’ll love it

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

Dijana und Dragan waren supernette Hosts, haben mir sehr freundlich Orientierung über die Möglichkeiten rundum gegeben und waren mit allem behilflich. Sie waren immer erreichbar und wir hatten einen wirklich netten Kontakt. Sie stellten mir auch ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung, mit dem ich gut die Umgebung erkunden konnte. Der Platz gab mir viel ruhigen Freiraum und der Blick von dem wunderbaren Balkon ist atemberaubend schön. Das kleine Studio ist liebevoll und sauber hergerichtet. Der Ort bietet nette Möglichkeiten zu essen und es gibt einige schöne Strände. Perfekt für ein paar schöne Inseltage.

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Slavica was an absolutely lovely host. This place is like staying with an auntie, she makes you feel welcome and comfortable. When we got there she gave us local recommendations and advise on what we must see and do. Her place is amazing value for money. The spot is easily walkable to everywhere you want to be in Hvar. It is on a hill but with that hill comes a beautiful view. We will definitely be back, thank you! xo

We really enjoyed our stay and agree that the balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Loved being able to quickly walk into town but also being away from the crowds a bit. The views were amazing, the apartment space was huge and we loved having a washing machine to do laundry. Ericka and her husband were so helpful with suggestion of where to eat and places to walk, to the amazing reference book in the apartment. Would definitely choose the apartment when in town!

Traumhafte Lage am Wasser. Wir wurden jeden Morgen vom strahlend blauen Meer begrüßt und konnten eine Runde in dieser kleinen Privatbucht schwimmen. Die Terrasse des Apartments bzw der gesamte Außenbereich waren liebevoll gestaltet, perfekt zum Entspannen in ruhiger Umgebung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
