Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Brusje

This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

Great little home centraly located in Hvar town. Lovely courtyard and cute home that has all you need for a city escape. Highly recommend for a couples retreat.

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

My whole family was obsessed with this place. The adults loved the beautiful scenery and the peacefulness and the kids loved the hot tub and the swings. The house is adorable and very nice and the views were even better than the pictures. We loved meandering around Humac and being close to so many interesting small villages to explore. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat on the island of Hvar, you will be hard pressed to find something better than Mario’s place.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Vincas place is authentic, we enjoyed specially de outdoor space, shady and also sunny spots during the day, surrounded by trees and flowers equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. The apartment was spotless clean, well equipped kitchen and a lot of space. Vinca and her husband gave us a warm welcome. We walked to different beaches and liked the exercise. Petar and Ivana are excellent hosts. They picked us up from the ferry port when we arrived, as we arrived without a car, and also dropped us off there on departure. We got a detailed introduction to everything - including which beaches the locals go to, etc. The apartment is very well equipped and there is also equipment for the beach - beach towels and mats, even bathing shoes, if you like. I wouldn't have needed to bring a lot with me. Basic food such as olive oil, pepper and salt are also available. The apartment is very clean and new, you sleep fantastically on the bed. The beach or various bathing places can be reached in a short time. There is also a supermarket around the corner - but I recommend the Konzum in the city, which is cheaper. Mosquito nets would have been nice, but otherwise everything was fine. Happily again!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at the penthouse that offered great space and amenities and it was a short walk to town. Would definitely stay here with our family again! Thank you!

We had the best time on Stari Grad! The accommodations were lovely and Marija’s offerings and recommendations made our stay more enjoyable. She was a very warm and welcoming host. If we ever make it back to Stari Grad, we would love to stay with her again.

Tatjana is as a wonderful host and the apartment has a stunning view of the harbour and Pakleni Islands. You could literally spend your whole day gazing at the view. The location is abit away from the centre as others have mentioned however the view and being away from the throngs of the tourists outweighed the walk into town, which if you take the seaside walkway is a quite beautiful 25 min walk.. Highly recommended.

Outstanding accommodation in a great location. Well equipped with effective air con and lots of hot water. Josko was super friendly and well coming. From booking to check out he was very responsive to messages and extremely helpful and accommodating. The views from the living room are perfect- such a relaxing ambience. Locality - its peaceful (but up a lot of steps) & just 5 mins to all the restaurants and bars and the ferry port. All that was missing was an outdoor area to sunbathe but you have the entire coast for that! We spent more than we would normally (having an extra bedroom that we didnt need but used as wardrobe). Id fallen in love with this one before I realised Id booked the wrong month. Changing dates wasnt an issue just the price shot up so much given I moved the booking to high season. Im glad we stayed here, an amazing trip where we have made happy memories. Thanks to both of you

Love love love Aljosa’s place! The fantastic view can be seen through the windows in every room. The location is fantastic, restaurants, old town and beach clubs are just a walk away. Aljosa also prepped the place perfectly for our stay with some amenities like coffee and snacks. Our ferry also got in before check in time but we were able to dropped off our stuff before heading out. Overall this was a perfect stay!

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Slavica was an absolutely lovely host. This place is like staying with an auntie, she makes you feel welcome and comfortable. When we got there she gave us local recommendations and advise on what we must see and do. Her place is amazing value for money. The spot is easily walkable to everywhere you want to be in Hvar. It is on a hill but with that hill comes a beautiful view. We will definitely be back, thank you! xo

We really enjoyed our stay and agree that the balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Loved being able to quickly walk into town but also being away from the crowds a bit. The views were amazing, the apartment space was huge and we loved having a washing machine to do laundry. Ericka and her husband were so helpful with suggestion of where to eat and places to walk, to the amazing reference book in the apartment. Would definitely choose the apartment when in town!

Fantastic location on the water. We were greeted every morning by the bright blue sea and were able to swim a lap in this small private bay. The terrace of the apartment or the entire outdoor area were lovingly designed, perfect for relaxing in a quiet environment. We will be happy to come back!
