The space is easy to find. Relaxed check-in by key box. Idyllic location overlooking the water. The property is completely fenced so great for families and people with animals. Kitchen offers everything you need. basically very clean and well maintained home. communication was excellent. Anna Nicole is very accommodating and friendly

We had a very relaxing 5 nights. Kees and Karen were impeccable hosts, laidback and always helpful. We didn't come by car, but it's easy to get into Utrecht either by bus or tram. Would definitely book again.

We were completely satisfied with the stay. Check-in would have been possible much earlier, the accommodation was sparkling clean and lovingly prepared upon arrival. The host was always quickly available to us and very helpful. The house itself is freshly renovated and ultra-modern. The garden is large and the beach is within walking distance. The parking for four vehicles directly at the house is also great. We enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend Grete and the accommodation without reservation.

We came with 4 people and left with 4 very content, slightly soggy souls. Yes, it rained, but this artsy little haven made us forget all about the weather. The house is full of quirky character—think spiral staircases, secret bunk beds behind red doors, and furniture that has a better backstory than we do. The hosts are clearly creative geniuses with a hammer in one hand and a paintbrush in the other. Every corner tells a story. Would we come back? Absolutely. Next time hopefully with sunscreen instead of rain boots.

We enjoyed the apartment very much. It is modern and lovingly furnished, clean and you have plenty of space. The terrace with a lounge and pretty plants is a special highlight. The apartment is located both in the center of the village and close to the beach. A parking space directly at the entrance (backyard) is also available. Important for us: Dogs are allowed to be taken to the beach on a leash during the day in Westkapelle - this is not the case everywhere. Linda and her husband have a restaurant below the apartment: fantastic cuisine (especially recommended: daily changing, freshly caught fish dishes - super delicious!) and extremely lovely, competent service! We stayed at Parkzicht for two nights to go to our aunt's 80th birthday party in Middelburg. We loved the accommodation, very central, a 10 minute walk to the marketplace, very spacious, comfortable beds, great shower, coffee machine and very well equipped kitchen. Helena was wonderful. We arrived at 9pm in Middelburg because the train from Rotterdam took a lot longer than we expected (lack of research on our part - the train arrived on time), and were worried we wouldn't find anywhere to eat, but she recommended a great restaurant, ZanziBAR, in the market square so we were really happy, and well fed and watered. She was also very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. There were leaflets in the lounge as well. Thanks again Helena. We had a fabulous stay.

Very beautiful and spacious home with a peaceful garden. We really enjoyed the silence and the host was amazingly friendly and responsive. They gave us great recommendations on where to visit, what to eat and eben where to buy chocolate for gift! 10/10

I had a wonderful stay in Patricia's and Patrick's cottage. I was warmly welcomed and I immediately felt comfortable. Everything was super clean and even more beautiful than in the photos. I was able to walk in the area and enjoy the newly born bird-chicks in the birdhouse. Patrick and Patricia are always there to help you, even in the pouring rain. Thanks Patricia! I recommend this place 100%!

My girlfriend and I had a one night stay and the attic had such a romantic, warm and cozy vibe. Truly amazing. We decided to just make food there and hang out. I’m a big fan of plants and that made this stay extra nice and inspiring due the beautiful plants the attic has! The check in, the parking and the checkout was very easy. Also their communication was fast en spot on, everything was very clear and easy. The location was not central and we didn’t go out so I can’t say anything about that.

Du was a superb host. super friendly. She organised a breakfast delivery personally for our first morning as it was my husbands 60th birthday. Champagne and a bread basket full of delights! We had a wonderful relaxing 3 night break. The facilities were super. Hot tub, sauna, pool. The kitchen was well equipped and like new. The bed was good quality. We slept downstairs and didnt use the up stairs apartment, but had the use of the entire retreat. I loved the African inspired decor. Very stylish. All in all, a 5☆ experience. We cannot wait to visit again.

Staying with Krosje, was a great experience. Her communication and flexibility around check in was great. Krosje, went above and beyond, helping my father and I with directions and planning a cycling route, as we had our bicycles. Also she made a reservation for dinner on, our behalf at a great local restaurant. The apartment was spotless and well thought out. Thanks for a great and welcoming stay Krosje.

Always a pleasure to staying here at Kitty's place. Never any problems and we love the tiny house. Nice kitchen, bathroom and lounge. The garden is fenced off and perfect for our dog to run around. We will be back again later this year.

Lovely place. Very quiet and private. Lots of kitchen appliances and lovely decorated home. Tholen is a very quiet island with not very much to do. We did a lovely seal boat trip from St Annaland.

We had a lovely weekend. Log cabin was neat and looks super nice. Hottub was also wonderful. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Breakfast is also definitely recommended.

A very new, modern and luxurious accommodation with small sauna. Quiet and well-kept location about 300-400 m from the water. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean and there were no problems. Overall, the listing met the description and our expectations. The accessibility and handling was also great.

Great location for trips to Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp. The apartment is complete with many amenities and space bedroom, bathroom, separate kitchen and living room. Annelies is hospitable, complete in her instruction and friendly in her communication. We enjoyed it from the beginning to the end and look back on a fantastic Pentecost weekend. There were four of us for an extended weekend at Claire's apartment. The check-in was very straightforward. Claire and Maxim live next door. The apartment is beautiful, very stylishly furnished! The Marshall jukebox was our highlight and in daily use. Maxim was always available and helped us with questions. There are several restaurants and a bakery in the village. Below the apartment is a café, the coffee was excellent! The harbor and beach are within walking distance, and there is also a bike rental. You can easily park in front of the apartment and there is a Spar within walking distance. We all liked it very, very much and we will be happy to come back!

We felt super comfortable in Wendy's house, we didn't lack anything. Everything was very well maintained and very attractively furnished. Great location. The outdoor area with great , fenced garden ….. just great for our dog…..also for us:-) Thanks to Wendy and Dennis for the super fast and friendly communication and flexibility.

We had four perfect days at the Bed&Broodje. Ingrid is a super nice and caring host. She prepared the best breakfast. Every day she brought different rolls or croissants or special treats to our door. We always had syrup, sprinkles, peanut butter and cheese at the apartment. The beds are very comfy and we all slept very good (including our little kids). Our daughters loved the garden with the hammock and chickens around the house..they always stayed outside searching for fresh eggs...but also inside the house we had plenty of games and books to discover :) All in all we loved our stay with Ingrid and would definetely come back any time!! A weekend getaway, catch your breath without the kids. We stayed two nights in AWolf . A beautiful home! We loved the decor and used materials. A good bed, with lovely sheets. Wake up with a view of the beautiful garden and birds chirping. We were looking for peace, slow mornings, time for each other. Cozy by the fire, chilling in the lounge. An outdoor bath had finished it all. Everything you need was present, only the pots for cooking on the fire outside we missed. At 10 min drive you are at the supermarket. Quiet neighborhood, occasionally you can hear a train passing by when you're out. Absolutely didn't bother. Beautiful hiking area. Contact Katrien very smoothly and well. The contact with Sonja on site was less warm and we found rather unnecessary. Check-in with key box (which actually says in the description) would certainly have been fine and would have saved us a little stress. We will definitely come back, then with our dangles!
