Holiday rentals with a patio in Bruckmühl

We felt at home in the beautiful, small apartment. It is tastefully and lovingly furnished and very well equipped. Communication with Markus was very good and extremely helpful from the beginning. Markus and Sandra are really the best hosts. The proximity to Lake Chiemsee and the beautiful mountains with fantastic hiking opportunities made our holiday perfect. We will be happy to come back.

Christy does everything to welcome her guests. There were drinks, sweets, also oil, vinegar, tea, coffee. I was very happy to find an extra heater because it was still cold. The accommodation is well located, parks nearby, well served by public transport, supermarkets nearby. Thanks for every. Recommended.

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Balcony in an enchanting setting with horses in the fields. Well located, close enough to the airport without any disturbances and close to Munich. Easy parking. Very helpful people.

Katharina's apartment was great and the location made a good base for visiting other parts of Bavaria. The apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and even a carport. There was an outdoor space with BBQ grill. Host was responsive and friendly.

Angelika is a great host. We felt comfortable from the first minute and everything was just perfect. In the beautiful apartment in the middle of nature, there were small touches everywhere, such as fresh flowers on the table, sweets, fresh eggs, even a Hugo with mint and lime!!! The contact was very warm. Thank you Angelika for everything, we can only highly recommend the accommodation and will gladly come back.

Werner is a very friendly and helpful host who gave me some great sightseeing suggestions. The house is very clean and well-equipped. It’s a quiet and beautiful place with fresh air, and the entrance to the forest is just a short walk away. I had a great stay here—it’s a highly recommended place to stay.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and is located in a quiet, beautiful area – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly impressed by the spacious and modern underground car park, which made parking super convenient. At our request, we were even provided with a vacuum cleaner - thank you for the quick and friendly service! Overall a very pleasant experience, we will be happy to come back.

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

We spent our "honey moon" in the beautiful holiday home with Sabine. Sabine welcomed us so warmly and provided us with great information. The holiday home is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love. The location is outstanding. Directly on the Alpbach and only a few minutes' walk from Lake Tegernsee. This was the most beautiful and best-equipped accommodation I have ever been to. Beautifully and lovingly furnished with great "extras" such as beautiful hand cream, etc. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and slowly start the day - a dream. Anja gave us great tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

A perfect place to stay in a lovely quiet suburb. The house was very large and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here just before a long flight back home, and it was perfect to wind down and relax but within walking distance to public transport to explore the city. Nadia was a fantastic proactive host. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you can find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. I highly recommend this place! I really liked it here – it is perfect for a couple and very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and nothing is missing. The hostess is extremely friendly and helpful. She is always available if you have any questions or need support. Everything is very well explained, and the arrival was hassle-free. The location is also ideal: The bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away, and a supermarket is just one street away. Everything is very easy to reach. I would stay here again anytime and highly recommend this place!

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. A great accommodation....one of the most beautiful we have booked on Airbnb so far. Everything was great and everything you need was available. Internet connection could be a little better, but that wasn't so important to us. A great place to unplug. The bathroom is a dream. We can only recommend the property. Thank you. 😊

We felt completely comfortable with Franziska. The place was very clean and lovingly decorated. The location is simply fantastic - nature begins right at the doorstep, ideal for walks, bike rides or a short run. Several lakes are also nearby and easily accessible. The kitchen is excellently equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself. We were traveling with four people plus baby and had plenty of space - both inside and outside. It was especially nice to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning and enjoy the peace and quiet. Thank you, Franziska, for the great time - we will be happy to come back!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.
