Beach house holiday rentals in Broulee

We had another wonderful stay at this truly lovely house. The location is peaceful & so close to the stunning beach. The house is so pretty & welcoming. It was neat & tidy with everything you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. The view from the house is a real bonus. The host is very responsive & helpful. Thank you Doug & Chris for sharing your beautiful for home.

This was our second stay at Reef Beach House and was perfect once again! Just a lovely house, so comfy and you feel right at home. Lovely relaxing on the deck or in the lounge, both with great views of the ocean. Comfy and clean beds. Heather is also a great host! Responsive and flexible and also popped over at short notice to make a change to the bed configurations for us even though we forgot to ask for it ahead of time. Thanks so much Heather - another wonderful stay and we will be back!

This place is a gem in one of my favourite places in the world. Easy communication and good setup for a small group/ family. We are repeat guests.

great place - perfect access to the beach and close to river lagoon in one direction and the Broulee Brewhouse in the other. the Broulee supermarket is also walkable a little further down. the place has a good large space for entertaining a large group. the upstairs and downstairs sections are separate - accessible from external stairwell. although internal stairs might’ve been better for our group, that worked fine for us. overall loved the place and the location and really appreciated helpful proactive communication from Geoff :-)

We couldn’t fault this beautiful seaside home. The position on Mossy Point is amazing. The house is extremely well appointed and has so much charm and character. There was nothing missing in the kitchen, the rooms are styled beautifully and are practical with great storage for clothing etc. There are even boogie boards for the beach. Nothing is forgotten. The whole place is very comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Mark and Kathy are terrific hosts. So proactive, responsive and generous. We loved staying with our family and would highly recommend this beautiful character beach house. 5 stars!!

Shelter at Malua Bay was everything we were looking for after a tiring term. The beautiful bay was literally in our backyard. The views from the expansive deck were amazing and we delighted in swimming in the cool water and hunting for pretty shells. Every night we were lulled to peaceful slumber by the sounds of the crashing waves. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to prepare our daily meals. A wonderful stay, we will be back!

We loved staying at Lynne’s house with our two teenagers. The location is superb with a gorgeous beach 8 minutes walk from the house and a generous deck overlooking the water for outdoor dining and reading. The rooms are really generous and comfortable, heaps of room for relaxing. So many great beaches to explore in this area and only a 15 minute drive to Batemans bay for groceries. Highly recommended for a relaxing, super low key beach holiday.

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

Catherine’s home is stunning. The outdoor area is huge, the photos look great, but in person it is just something else! It was great to have that space on rainy days and still be able to spend time outdoors. Both the main house and guest house were sparkling clean and beautifully presented, spacious and comfortable. If you like a firm mattress, the master bedroom is for you. The other rooms are on the softer side. The setting is beautiful and there is plenty of space for backyard cricket. Kids loved visiting the chooks and collecting the eggs. We had everything we needed and more. Location is private and a short drive to many beaches. Highly recommend the Acheron ledge walking track into Quirriga beach. Perfect home for a large family to holiday. Hope to visit again, thank you so much for having us!

We had an excellent time at the house. So many amenities in the house. It was huge, and so close to the beach. A delight from start to finish. Hope was really easy to communicate with too.

Excellent trip away. The house is very clean, comfortable and easy to settle into. Leon was a fantastic host. We felt he genuinely cared and wants his guests to enjoy what he has established and have a great holiday.

The place was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped !!!The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean, and watching the sunset there was such a relaxing experience. The host was super friendly! The location is also great — just a short drive to the beach and local shops. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Narooma!

We had an incredible long weekend at Buru. Colin was an exceptional host. I cannot imagine a more peaceful setting. And all of the extras of a fire pit, bocci ball, showers from the beach, that coffee maker (!) were greatly appreciated. I wish I were still on the back patio, gazing at the ocean with coffee in hand.

The stay at Kimberley’s was excellent, so much space, clean, lots of games for kids, great backyard, beautiful views. I would definitely add Kimberley’s house to the list “stay again”, Kimberley was also really responsive with messages and everything in the house is as described, it had everything you need. The only thing that may be worth mentioning (it didn’t bother us and is clear in the photos) there is only sheers in the bedrooms. So if you’ve got little ones be prepared to be up at the first crack of sunlight.

Great place to stay over Easter. Nice and quite and close to the beach and estuary for the kids to fish and swim and only a short drive to the Mogo Zoo

The home was exactly as expected based on the listing. It was clean and well presented. It had everything we needed without having too much or feeling cluttered. A great value AirBnB we would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to other guests

We absolutely loved our stay. Claire and Robyn’s place is private and peaceful with easily enough room for 7 guests and the kitchen had everything we needed. The best thing about their place is the view. We watched dolphins and seals surfing waves right from the deck, the full moon sparkle over the water and the sunrise from bed. Thanks for another magical visit. Can’t wait to come back.

Another great holiday at Broulee Breakers! Easily accommodates 5 adults and a great kitchen for us cooks! Many enjoyable hours spent in the generous, open plan dining/lounge area. Sitting on the front balcony observing the birds and just relaxing was a treat. Such a lovely part of the world to visit. If it's too windy on the beach, Shark Bay around the corner is the place to be.
