Private Cabin and Pond Property

KyleRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was our second time now staying at Sherrys beautiful cabin. We love it here and we can’t wait to come back again soon. We are making this a tradition in our family coming to this amazing property. We had the most peaceful and wonderful weekend here and our dogs absolutely loved being off leash, exploring 200 private acres of land and swimming in the gorgeous pond. Thank you for having us and we can’t wait to come back.

Fire pit, Game Room, Waterfront on Delaware River

GhazaalRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The cabin was rustic and in a beautiful location. Close to everything and close to nothing ! If you wanted to enjoy nature - just walk out the back of the house and sit in the hammock and enjoy the views and sounds of the river. If you wanted a cute cafe, ice cream, coffee, or just to run and get something from family dollar it was only a few minutes drive away. We were driving distance from Howe Caverns and Watkins Glen, both beautiful places to visit. The game room in the basement was icing on the cake, no one was every bored ! Relaxing on the soft leather reclining couch and looking out at the river was divine, as was breakfast on the deck every morning. We found 4 kayaks in great condition and plenty of life vests available, though not everyone in our group was good at paddling against the current of the river. Overall, it is a really nice place to relax and take a break from life !

Hamlin’s Fisherman’s lodge

BrianaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Overall, had a nice stay with my bf and our dog. There is a lot to do in the cabin. The property is beautiful, private and bigger than it looks in the photos. I was initially confused about the layout but there is one bedroom with a full bed and an adjoining small room. Two small bedrooms next to those 1 with bunk beds and one with a single. Everything is on one level, except for the small loft room with a great view overlooking the cabin. Overall, the photos are accurate. Some furniture is different or moved around but the amenities match the photos. The back porch is nice for looking out at the river. Canoes, kayaks, and life jackets for the river. The path to the water is a bit steep and was muddy at the bottom due to the rain. Be mindful about that. My only "negative" comment is it is very drafty. Its like a fancy summer camp cabin. On a cool rainy weekend we couldn't get the cabin over 62F with the fireplace and propane heater. Steve was very helpful and responded quickly to Q's.

Halekulani on Beaver Lake

SaraRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We absolutely loved our stay at Halekulani on Beaver Lake! The house is beautiful inside - impeccably clean, cutely decorated, well equipped and comfortable. The view from the bedroom windows is magical. Outside was a dream with so many areas to enjoy the views and relax. We had a blast taking the paddle boat out and swimming from it. We also made use of the fire pit, grill, and yard games. What makes this place so special is the peacefulness and closeness to nature. We saw bald eagles daily (one even landed in the tree on the property), and also saw a beaver, turtle, water snake, frogs, butterflies, and lots of chipmunks and dragonflies. At night you can see the stars and hear a chorus of bull frogs. Overall it was a lovely stay and we hope to return soon!
