A diamond in the rough! We came here for our first wedding anniversary and it was the perfect place to relax, connect, and make memories. Everything about the property is pristine. The amenities like the sauna, hot tub, and fire pit are easy to use and work perfectly. The setting is secluded and private. The property and interior were clearly designed with thought, care, and great taste. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We bought food at the local market and cooked and ate in the yard. While we didn’t find a ton of local restaurants or places to go in the surrounding area, we loved Butterfield Cafe and the Frog Pond farm market. Pete and Sandy were responsive and easy to communicate with. We hope to return someday.

The house was lovely and very comfortable. We had everything we needed to have a great stay. We also loved all the fun and cheerful decor. We found the bedrooms to be well set up and were able to get a good night's sleep as the beds were very comfortable.

Wow! Clean, cozy, remodeled cottage style 1940’s home. With modern renovations and hygge vibe throughout!! And serious entertainment game on the back deck. Can tell Nicole is an experienced renter. Would love to stay again.

I absolutely loved Catherine’s place — the most beautiful windows in the most beautiful setting. The space was open and welcoming and she was the kindest, most helpful host. I was so grateful to spend a few days there and would recommend her spot to anyone :)

This home was absolutely perfect! Nestled in the forest of Binghamton, New York, it felt like a peaceful retreat while still offering all the modern comforts. The design of the house is stunning-clean, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out. Huge windows let in tons of natural light and beautiful views of the surrounding trees. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, from the cozy bedrooms to the sleek kitchen. It was the perfect mix of luxury and nature. What truly made our stay special was the kindness and responsiveness of the host. Salamon was incredibly welcoming and communicated everything clearly from start to finish, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell he really cares about his guests. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our next visit. Highly recommend!

The space exceeded expectations—beautifully decorated and was even better than the photos. It was generously sized and perfect for four people. The beds were very comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful at night. Zoma was very responsive, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow! I highly recommend!

Place was exactly as stated, clean simple place in deposit. Great place to stay while fishing. Deposit is tiny so don’t expect much to do or places to eat but it’s great for what it is

It was a great stay! Just a little too warm. Could use a floor fan to circulate the air better.

Maureen’s place was just as described. Very nicely renovated and decorated. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The bed was very firm which we loved. My husband actually wants to purchase the same mattress. It was quiet and perfect for the two of us. Could have had 2 more people and still had enough room. My husband does business in Binghamton, so would definitely stay again. All the comforts as if we were at home.

We stayed here for graduation weekend. The apartment was perfect space for us and the location was great. It was close to everything. Wendy went above and beyond providing coffee and snacks too! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Having free access to the gym right downstairs was really great! The condo is spacious, modern and clean. Great coffee, breakfast and pizza just steps away. There's even a department store right across the street.

What a great place to stay in preparation of my son’s graduation at Binghamton. Hotel prices were outrageous and Barry’s Bungalow was only 25 minutes away and super budget friendly. Very clean, loved getting to know Kim…very personable. This very well thought out accommodation exceeded my needs. Having a couple of fans was one of the finishing touches that was a plus. The road traffic was masked by the fans. I’m a light sleeper so I used earplugs too. Super comfortable bed allowed me to get great rest before a big day…thank you Jim / Kim!

Wonderful place to stay, very private, very convenient. It's very clean. Hosts were unobtrusive and communicative via app. Instructions were clear. Our party consisted of 2 adults and 4 children, ages 8 to 12. The accommodations worked very well. Cozy space, we really only needed to be there to shower and sleep. Would stay again.

Worth the Valu, second stay here. Will be back!

The apartment was adorable and well decorated. It seems as if they had thought of everything! Shalisa was also extremely responsive and friendly. 10/10 would recommend her place.
