Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brookfield

This cottage on Lake Pewaukee was a perfect place for our visit. We wanted to spend a few nights close enough to my mom's house that she could visit and spend some time with us on a trip back home after moving away from Wisconsin, and this place was wonderful! The deck was lovely, even in colder weather, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a taco dinner and enjoy a night of games and quality time. I loved that there are two king beds and two full bathrooms. Pet friendly also for our two small dogs! Ample parking was great since we had a truck and a trailer. Kristen was responsive, kind, and professional- we will definitely rent here again and may make it a regular stop!

The property is just lovely, especially if you value peace when outdoors. We were just as pleased with our stay. It was first time we stayed in Pewaukee. The town itself and the neighboring towns had plenty to do. Howevere, we found ourselves at the airbnb mostly between the hot tub and sauna there was plenty to do.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property over the Memorial Day weekend! The home was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The peaceful surroundings were ideal for quality time with our group of friends and family, including kids. A special shoutout to Jose, who coordinated the entire visit and stayed in constant touch with us—checking in, offering help, and making sure everything was going smoothly. His support truly made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. David and Amber were wonderful hosts as well—responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming throughout. This cute street is everything you are looking for a peaceful enjoyable getaway! This property is not just a rental property, but a home that is being shared by a wonderful host! The kitchen and backyard are fully equipped beyond expectations. This historical house has amazing charm and very comfortable beds. The backyard is a slice of heaven and a great retreat away. The host is very responsive and was able to tend to any request! I am a property manager with 19 properties in upstate NY and I only wish would be if this house was in my area so I could be part of this wonderful rental.

Andrea was such a great host! We asked for a few recommendations, specifically dog friendly ones. The recommendations were stellar! Very detailed, listed in an easy to read manor, and lived up to the recommendation. Highly recommend Riley's Social House regardless of whether you have a dog with you or not. The environment was amazing and food was excellent! Also the house is very cool! I wish I had the same green thumb as the hosts because the houseplants are amazing. We all 3 felt very at home during our stay.

We had a great stay at Lexi’s place. The view is great and the house had everything we needed to make ourselves at home for the week. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Really a special place. It felt as though I was 100 miles away from civilization. Very quiet and peaceful. Lots and lots of migrating songbirds. 😍 The fenced yard was a real plus for me - traveling with two large dogs. Everything was super easy and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We cant say enough about our stay with Stephanie and Jesse. We were only there for a night, but we found the place to be spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The house itself was gorgeous and it felt like an authentic Milwaukee home. The surrounding neighborhood was walkable and beautiful as well. The morning we left we noticed our tire was flat. Stephanie and Jesse were super proactive in helping us fix the flat. Jesse, who was extremely handy, was able to take the nail out and fill the hole so that we could return the rental car. We were all super thankful for their help as they took all the stress out of what would have otherwise been a somewhat stressful situation. They were great hosts and we cannot recommend them enough!

Thank goodness for places like this! Spotless, comfortable, just the right amount of amenities. Garage parking! Food & drink options within walking distance.

Julie’s place was quiet and peaceful for a quick getaway to Port Washington! She was very friendly and kind to my dog, and made me feel right at home as a solo traveler. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area who prefers to be away from the hustle and bustle of a big city.

Laura’s place was absolutely beautiful, super clean, and cozy. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, and truly picturesque. She was a wonderful host — friendly, helpful, and welcoming!

There are high end amenities throughout. The upgrades in the kitchen are great. My stay was really pleasant and comfortable here. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood and close to all the attractions. The hosts are friendly and responsive. It is worth it to stay here.

Fantastic stay at Mark’s place. Perfect for our long weekend and great food options steps away. No issues at all with check in or check out. Would definitely recommend!

Sheila place was perfect for our trip in Milwaukee. It was super close to the church we was attending, and close to downtown to take the kids out for a walk. Sheila is an outstanding host and went beyond to help our needs. She welcomed my kids with some fun snacks and surprise them with morning treats. I also requested a highchair for my baby and she had it ready for me when we arrived. I highly recommend her place. Thank you Mrs. Sheila!!!

I loved staying at this cute space. It has everything I needed and the location couldn’t be better. The best part is Lulu! She’s incredibly kind, responsive, and a wonderful host. You can see the care and attention to detail the hosts have put into the spaces. I’ll be back!
