A brilliant location and a beautiful home to relax in after days spent on your feet. Sebastian outfitted the place with thoughtful touches like flowers and fruit. And other touches make this stay so special; for instance, it was wonderful to be able to take a bath and to open the expansive windows onto the trees, and to sit on the back patio and listen to the basketball courts across the way. It really was a perfect place to retreat to - thank you for your hospitality, Sebastian!

Our stay was fantastic and an absolute breeze, the apartment is in a great location, very central and super clean. Communication was great and we would definitely consider staying here again next time we are in New York, the proximity to New York was so good. I will definitely recommend this place. GREAT place to stay—immaculate, thoughtfully appointed, quiet, and comfortable. High ceilings, beautiful wood floors, bathrobes and slippers, a small washer and dryer, extra toiletries, great kitchen with nice appliances and provisions. We had everything we needed. Bus and subway access made it easy to get around. It was easy to get to other parts of Brooklyn and into Manhattan. Close to great food in Bushwick and some gems right in the neighborhood.

We stayed at Christopher’s for 4 nights. I have three adult kids who live all around Brooklyn and this location was perfectly situated, easy train or Uber ride to wherever we wanted to go, even Manhattan. The apartment is clean, VERY spacious, and very comfortable. We had an eventful time in NY - going to Broadway, my daughter’s college graduation, and a grad party at my son’s house….so having a comfy, quiet place to come home to was absolutely wonderful! The in-unit washer/dryer was a great bonus, it’s nice to come home and not have a suitcase of dirty laundry! The location is a friendly, family neighborhood with grocery stores, coffee shops and bodegas close by. I visit NYC several times a year and will definitely consider staying at Christopher’s again. 10/10 recommend!!

Marty was great! Easy to communicate with, very responsive, and helpful with all aspects of the process. The location is perfect. Less than 5 minute walk to get to multiple subway lines making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The location felt safe and secure for the duration of our stay and we felt comfortable coming back late night after a show. We will definitely come back and stay again.

Great location, few steps away from bus stop and walkable distance to grocery stores. We were allowed flexible check-in on our first day. Kitchen has all amenities and Patrecia was responsive and proactive.

Harriet was a great host. The space was immaculately clean, well appointed, and tastefully decorated. The additional amenities in the kitchen (snacks and coffee) were really appreciated. She also provided a lot of local recommendations and information on transportation. My husband and I had a very comfortable stay and appreciate the hospitality.

I highly recommend Anna’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a 4 night stay. I easily got to where I needed to be for work in NYC by taking an Uber to the PATH train then catching a quick train ride to WTC. The neighborhood felt safe and was peaceful. Thank you Anna for a lovely stay and being a great host!

This rental was definitely worth the price. Place was true to the photos posted online. Very quiet and private area. The ideal place for couples. Parking was also easy and close to house. Will definitely book again in the future.

This Airbnb beyond surpassed our expectations! It was comfortable and extremely well positioned. Loads of lovely nearby restaurants, shops, bars, a great park, and a close subway stop to connect you to everything else! We’d really recommend Franco’s Airbnb. It was perfect

This was a great spot to hang while exploring the city on a business related trip. Easy 10 to 15 minute walk to the train, direct line right into Midtown. The space itself was pristine and private, and I can’t say anything but great things about Adam and his energy as a host. Would definitely consider coming back!!

This unit was exactly what my group needed.. Host had the fridge stocked with cold waters and snacks on the table..very much appreciated.

Loved my stay here! The place was comfortable, in a quaint and quiet neighborhood that felt really safe. Super peaceful and perfect for relaxing. It was close to transportation into the city. The host was quick to respond and helpful when I had questions. The place was clean and I loved the plants. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Zen Sanctuary was a perfect place for our visit to New York. The apartment is exactly as pictured, and that piece of outside space a real bonus for a central New York apartment. The location was fantastic in terms of public transportation, walking, and a terrific market nearby for groceries and/or high quality prepared meals to-go. The kitchen is well-equipped and the available laundry area an additional, and rare, plus. We felt very safe coming and going both early in the morning and in late post-theater evenings. James was very responsive, providing explicit arrival information and directions, as well as responsive to any requests. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great time with our family (my husband and I + adult daughter with boyfriend) in the accommodation. The two bedrooms at the respective end of the accommodation were perfect for this. The garden was great for relaxing in the evening after a long day. The only thing that was a pity was that the automatic outdoor lighting was almost completely extinguished at midnight. But probably owed to the neighborhood. The accommodation and the kitchen are perfectly equipped, everything very high quality.

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. He went above and beyond in helping us with our Amazon packages that came while we were out. Place itself matches description and is a brisk walk to the train for service to the rest of NYC and Manhattan. Area itself is quiet but not much around if you are looking for a scenic place to stay. Overall worth the price and a good choice if you are commuting to NYC.

We had a great stay! Omar was very responsive and provided clear, easy to follow instructions for checking in. The place was spotless and as exactly as described. Location of the place is easy to get to with a lot of bars and coffee shops around. I would definitely stay there again

The best Airbnb we ever stayed. The apartment was precious, super clean, cosy, and in a walking distance from the Journal Square Path station, which takes you directly to Manhattan. Nick and Lisa are the perfect hosts, so lovely and caring, they made us feel at home straight away. Can't recommend it enough!

Kristine was a great host, very communicative, always responsive and helpful. Her book of information with instructions and recommendations was an amazing touch. The home was super comfy, cozy, clean, and smelled amazing. Would highly recommend!

Could not have enjoyed my time at Nicholas’s place in Harlem more. Stayed for 2 nights while in town to see friends. The apartment was great, very clean, and in a great location. Just steps away from a big park and a short walk to the train — can get anywhere in manhattan in no time. Great neighborhood! The first night I hopped around to a comedy show and a couple of jazz shows, all on foot and on a Monday night. Second day I met up with friends in midtown/UES, spent the day and evening down there, and was back 50 blocks uptown at the apartment in minutes afterward. Easy, hassle-free check-in and check-out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We’ve been coming to NY/NJ for couple years in a row now and Erin’s place has easily been the best! Great place for our weekend stay, close to train and ferry services. Close to historic train station, Ellis Island museum, Liberty Island and lower Manhattan. Plus we loved all the dogs in the neighborhood, always a bonus to see a new four legged neighbor. Great place to relax and unwind. Her comms were great and always timely. Wasn’t enough time to do all we wanted so we’ll just have to check her availability again! She was a great host and highly recommend! Have a great summer and hope to stay again
