Holiday rentals with a patio in The Bronx

Our stay was great! The ac was perfect for cooling us off, and we really loved having a TV in the room and a Keurig machine.

Perfect spot for a quick stopover on our way to Ocean City NJ. Comfortable, great place to rest and regroup, and super easy to get back on the road.

The place was as it is as described as the picture. The host was very precise about the house rules and instructions and very friendly and responsive. The place was quite, nice and clean. One exclusive thing, I liked about the place was it was away from the chaos of the city and you can also see the hills ;)

Our stay at Christina’s was perfect. The apartment is much bigger than the pictures show. It’s a quiet location yet a short walk to restaurants, groceries, and the train into the city. We will definitely seek out Christina’s should we stay in the area again.

Amy was super responsive and sweet. She helped us with some local recommendations as well. Her bnb is perfectly located. It was clean and big. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting New Rochelle.

the place was indeed beautiful the back patio and the use of the yard was great the kitchen was beautiful the beds were super comfortable and the place was super clean i would definitely come back it was pricey but definitely worth the money

We had a wonderful stay at Fernando’s place. Fernando as well as his co host Maria were very responsive and resourceful. They both were there to greet us and make us feel at home . Their home was very clean and the location is very close to accommodate any last minute items or food you may need . The neighborhood is peaceful. We would recommend him for an awesome stay!

Anthony was a blessing in disguise. Jersey city is not the best location as there’s a lot of incoming traffic and clutter from the city however every time we set foot in his place after being out for the day it was like an amazing fresh breath of air. The unit we stayed in was surrounded by a load of other houses but the unit felt like we might have gotten the best space in the neighborhood. Anthony was very proactive with instructions and ensuing everything was running smoothly. 10/10 would definitely book again.

Excellent location! Very easy to walk to the Path to get to New York quickly. Very clean and had all the amenities to make the stay perfect.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Beautiful place, professionally cleaned, well stocked for essentials, great location to get into NYC… very responsive host willing to help. Convenient two stories with separate entrances and bathrooms. Great experience!
