We had a good stay, Owen was always quick to respond to handle what few issues we had.

Anil’s place was a great stay. I wouldn’t have chosen a better place for us bridesmaids to spend the weekend while we prepare for the wedding. Thank you for being a great host.

Very comfortable space - 2 bedrooms with ample sized beds, nice lamps with warm light (and bright overhead lighting if that's your thing), plenty of space for your things in each room. Bathroom is clean and plenty of towels were provided. Kitchen had eating utensils, plates, bowls, cups (including coffee cups), and a Keurig. It also had a full range and oven (do recommend bringing Utensils if you want to cook) Smart TV in the amply-sized living room, along with a nice adjustable lamp that can light up the whole room (or just your spot for reading late at night if you prefer), and a fold-out couch that can serve as a third bed if needed. It is a very comfortable place to stay. note that there is a family living upstairs and you may hear footsteps and stuff from above - if you sleep heavy like me, this is no issue lol overall, 5/5, do recommend for small families or groups of 2-5 btw, there is a wonderful scenic walking path through the woods nearby (the Old Croton Aqueduct Trail)

The apartment was a fantastic find, especially considering the limited time we had to book before our trip. Although it was a bit far from Manhattan, it was worth it since we had a car and plenty of parking available. While there was no kitchen, the refrigerator was a good size, and there were enough utensils for our needs. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise, it was a great addition to our stay, especially with the washer and dryer that came in handy. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay here , everything was clean , place was aesthetically pleasing and area was quiet with parking right in front . Nice sitting area in front if it’s nice out and they were very responsive and friendly . Gas station walking distance and one min drive . Will recommend and will return in future !

We enjoyed staying at Paul’s place - it was solid, and actually very easy to access via the subway and then a bus. On a quiet street. Overall very nice.

The place was very comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was that the people upstairs could be heard when they were walking overhead and that was a bit disconcerting. Otherwise, the place was clean and everything went smoothly.

Meli is an AMAZING host, and the location we rented was absolutely perfect. I had an amazing time walking the neighborhood and meeting the people who live there! The space was amazingly comfortable and easy to get to, and Meli went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend this space to anyone, and I can't wait to come back!

The apartment was very clean and practically brand new. The apartment is nicely appointed, very comfortable and lacks for nothing. The location is great with very easy access to the city via public transportation: light rail metro to PATH to MTA takes ~30 minutes to World Trade Center. The view of the city is fantastic day and night. There is a tasty breakfast and lunch place with nice portions right outside the first floor entrance making your daily departure too convenient. Enjoy a 20-minute walk to Liberty State Park to see Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. Largest planetarium in the western hemisphere right across the street. One could spend hours merely watching all the activity in the Upper Bay from your perch high up in New Jersey. This apartment is a great way to unlock NYC without the downsides of being right in the city, and the views of the city from the apartment are unrivaled for the price. The property owner is super responsive and very helpful.

Thank you to Daniel and Lexie for a wonderful stay. Their home is beautifully presented and we felt right at home straight away. The street is charming and Rye has lots to offer families and couples. Daniel was super responsive and helpful with local recommendations and advice. 5 STARS!

Brian was very helpful and attentive! The place was excellent. If you have a car he has an available space for parking. All shops are near by!

The place was nice, no parking , I feel that if your staying for a week or longer the host should have extra sheets and pillow cases. Trash should be picked up or extra bags at the property. I enjoyed my stay overall but the host does not communicate within a reasonable time frame.

Margaret was a great host, quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with advice on local services, etc. we would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely rebook.

Paul was super responsive throughout the entire stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The spot itself was cozy, quiet, and in a beautiful neighborhood. My wife and I had a great time in NY, mainly due to feeling at home in Margaret's cozy, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated place. Everything we needed was there and Margaret responded immediately to any requests we had, not to mention proactively enquiring about our well-being. The area is quiet and peaceful, and close to dining and transport. We spent 6 days there and will definitely come back again!

Loved the space and Joseph was great. Very friendly and communicative, reliably answers the phone or promptly calls back. Will definitely look into booking here again if I ever come back to the area.

I stood here for 2 months while I did a rotation over at Montefiore and it was great. Super close (10min walk, 3min drive), building has it's own parking. Also laundry place is just across the apt building. Aida was extremely communicative and helpful with anything that I needed. If I am ever in the area and need a place to stay again I would definitely rebook.

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!
