Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in The Bronx

I took 5 teenagers and this place was perfect. Little market directly across the street, pizza place the kids walked to each night just a couple doors down, and my favorite, Pabade Bakery! 4.00 ham and cheese croissants for the teens each morning. The Air BnB was perfect, clean, well kept. You could feel love and care was put into the place. The beds were more comfortable than our beds at home. Bus stop at the end of our street. Host was very helpful and responsive. I will say however if you have 2 vehicles you may have trouble finding parking for your second vehicle. They do a 'clean sweep' on each side of the road on Mondays between 1 and 3 and Thursdays 1 to 3. we weren't there to move it for 2 hours and got a ticket. But this is not the hosts fault. Just something to be aware of. I will definitely stay here again when we come back. Thank you Sebastian for an awesome trip.

I had a great time at the Mint House, me and my wife had a comfortable stay. It had a lot of great restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area. The host explained everything well, and it was a beautiful stay!

Such a great price for this unit and such a great experience from the host. 10 out of 10 would recommend and 10 out of 10 would do again.

We had a great time! To our pleasant surprise, breakfast was included. The staff was welcoming. Possibility of going to the rooftop offering a breathtaking view of the New York financial district. The hotel is well served by public transport. We would recommend it without hesitation!

Clean home with all basic needs, in a quiet location close to the train and ferry. The only negative was that there was no TV or living room area in this home. This is a non issue if you plan to be outside more than inside.

I had a 3 day stay in NY and this was a great spot for it. I wasn’t home much but the kitchen and bathroom had all amenities you could need. House to close walking distance to train station to get you to all the key spots in the city. Amazing stay!

We loved our stay in Helen’s apartment. Location - just far enough away from Times Square - but within walking distance. Lots of amenities close by. The apartment is so very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at James’s beautiful apartment! Even though he was away on a work trip, he ensured our check-in was seamless and everything was well arranged in advance. The apartment itself was clean, well-organised, and very comfortable—with great air conditioning that was much appreciated. There was a minor issue with the TV, but it was resolved immediately, which we really appreciated. The neighborhood was lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable. For fellow coffee lovers, don’t miss Duaa’s Café just up the road—we went every day for their perfect Cortado and amazing vegan banana muffins. Another gem nearby is La Palma Restaurant, a cozy family-run spot near the 163rd St subway. We loved it so much we went twice! Highly recommend their Birria and Fish Tacos, and the Piña Colada served in a pineapple is a must-try—delicious and fun! All in all, a wonderful stay that was totally worth it. Thanks again, James!

Best view of Manhattan ever. Bus stop to Manhattan is right outside the door. Two stops to the port authority at 42 and 9th Ave. local food is delicious and much cheaper than the city.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. Clean, spacious place, and with a convenience store just across the street everything is just great. Going into Manhattan may take slightly longer or slightly more expensive compared to being in NY itself, but definitely doable.

Family reunion? Group trio? This place is perfect for that! Godfrey’s place was spacious. Some rooms had attached bathrooms. Some rooms had shared bathrooms. Large living spaces and a full Kitchen. This house was close to Hofstra and to the sweet area in Garden City full If coffee shops and restaurants. The area was quiet and safe. The yard (front and back) is large and fenced in which was great for the children to play in. There is no bedroom in the first floor so make sure everyone is able to climb steps. To get to the third floor, the steps become very steep. This wasn’t an issue for us but I could see it being something to consider for some. 10:10 would stay at this place again and recommend it for large groups who want to be together but also want to be able to retreat away into private rooms.

Stayed for a ling weekend with friends. The location was exactly where we needed it to be. Face was very responsive to any questions that I had. The place was clean and the rooms were perfect.

The stay was extremely pleasant. The location is great, the house is exactly what showed on the website. Very neat and clean and Fillip was very responsive to questions. My parents had a great time.

Karen’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Stayed a few days for a concert at MetLife, and had the easiest drive there and back. Really good restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores/necessities. Neighborhood was very cute and extremely quiet. The space had everything we needed, plus so many comfy couches as beds. The showers had the highest water pressure I’ve ever experienced. Probably not the best place for small children because of the stairs and personal belongings. The basement is beautifully redone, and has very up to date gym equipment that I didn’t notice in the listing photos. I’d definitely recommend Karen’s place to anyone looking for a place near MetLife or just a quiet comfortable home.

The place was perfect! Slightly antiquated in some rooms, but homeowner is making updates which is clearly visible with the beautiful kitchen and yard. Everything that was described was accurate. The washer did not work, but Taranjeet comped us on the laundry mat cost. We also did not get a amazon package in time of our stay, it arrived late and Taranjeet was nice to forward to our home. It would have been nice to have a little Bluetooth music speaker. The home was PERFECT! We would definitely return to this home!! Much thanks to the hosts!!! It made our family reunion complete!!
