Nice quiet apartment and well located. If I have to come back to Granby, this accommodation will be my first option.

Great place and excellent location

we had a wonderful stay in Sutton and the condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was very comfortable and spacious, with everything you could need. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants - even the supermarket is within walking distance. As it is right on the main street, there was traffic noise, as to be expected.

I had a wonderful stay at Yelena’s place! From the start, communication was seamless, she responded incredibly quickly and was always so kind and polite. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, making it a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice apartment, comfortable, clean and functional. Strategically well located for those who want to visit the Townships, vineyards, etc. Busy street, audible traffic. Parking and easy access. Very good.

Amazing gem in the middle of the forest! It demonstrate a perfect harmony between nature and human craft. Lake, horses and a lot of lands so our dog was super happy. We were there 4days but it felt like a two week retreat in terms of recovery and déconnection! Simply amazing

the place was even nicer than expected. very spacious and clean. great little fenced in area for the dogs to run around. 15min drive to Jay, and less than 5 min from a good restaurant, gas, and a grocery store. really appreciated the kids toys for our little one too!

We recently stayed at a delightful lake house in Plattsburgh to celebrate our son’s graduation from CUNY Plattsburgh. Our time there was truly special, as the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful lake views provided the perfect backdrop for our family gathering. The Boathouse was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities that made our time relaxing and enjoyable. The peacefulness of the lake allowed us to disconnect from our busy lives and fully immerse ourselves in this joyous occasion. Overall, our stay was a wonderful blend of celebration and serenity. We are looking forward to returning to this lovely retreat in the future!

We had a lovely time at this quaint mountainous home. The neighbor nearby had some horses that grazed near the home every morning and the vistas in the distance were incredible to see. We would love to come back again next year, maybe during the more peak foliage season. Thank you all so much for your hospitality, especially for providing us an extra night!

Sara and her mom are very easy-going hosts. I traveled with a friend and two dogs, and we all felt very welcomed. There's a small fenced in area on the roadside of the house, and tons of open farmland in the back -- both were great for letting the dogs out. Sara's parents are very quiet neighbors, but it was also nice to know they were nearby if anything came up. A 26-mile rail trail starts out of Richford, which is a five minute drive from the house.

We loved the place; it was even more beautiful than in the photos. The tranquility of the place charmed us. It was pleasant (and it was different) to spend time in front of the house on the swing or on the covered balcony. Philippe is an attentive and very responsive host. All of his instructions were very clear. We'll be happy to come back!

Everything was perfect! A very large bathroom, and a very well done and very pleasant accommodation. Thank you also for the small attentions to drink and eat ☺️

This is the second year in a row that our party stayed with Terri and Craig and it won't be the last. The size and location is perfect for us and we are already looking forward to going back. They are wonderful hosts with great communication, their place is clean and comfortable, and we couldn't be happier with our experience.

Nicholas’s place was great, about 15 minutes from Jay. The house was very clean and everything was well explained. We had a great time and would love to come back!

Nathalie and Rebecca's place was extremely comfortable. Perfect for small-ish groups. The home was spotless and neat. The hosts laid out all of their directions very clearly, which was a big help because rural Vermont can be difficult to navigate. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we had everything we could possibly need to prepare a variety of meals. We would absolutely stay here again while visiting Jay.

Very nice stay at Vanessa's. Everything was clean and functional. We liked to have an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the marina and watch the sunset in the swings by the lake. A relaxing stay in a very beautiful environment. Access to the city and grocery store on foot. We'll be back.

Jacques's apartment was very quaint and clean. Full Kitchen, bath and separate bedroom. I was just passing through and only stayed for the one night, but the little town looks like a very cool place to spend some time exploring in the future. The host greeted me curbside on arrival and even popped out to say good-by the following morning. Thanks for allowing me to stay at your place!

Our stay was very nice. Everything was clean and in good working order. The place was quiet and easily accessible. The only note I have for other guests, if staying in the summer, the A/C is only in the main living room, dinning room and kitchen areas, not in the bedrooms. So it does get quite warm in the bedrooms as there are no fans either. Also, if you are travelling with small children and are planning to put them in the room with the 2 singles beds, bring garbage bags and tape for the windows as the curtains are sheer and basically do nothing at 7pm. There is a dollarama across the street though, so I was able to go make a quick purchase for those items.

We’ve stayed at several condos in the same area. This was definitely our favorite. It was both pristine and cozy. We definitely hope to stay here again.

They condo was one of the best 3 we have ever stayed in. We loved and appreciated all the little touches. We were extremely grateful for the wine, chocolates, cookies...it was nice to discover this after our drive. The condo was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and it truly is a home away from home. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and didn't want to leave yet! It's a nice 1/2 mile walk to the lake and ice cream:). Restaurants, grocery store and other retail is about a 1 mile walk. We absolutely loved the location. We hope to be back again.

The condo was clean, quiet and nicely updated. The kitchen was well-equipped too! Our communication with Antoine was very smooth. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will consider booking again.

Beautiful condo (modern, bright, spacious). The premises are impeccably clean and we were very comfortable. Communication with the host was effective. Good location for outdoor activities in the area.

We really enjoyed staying at this place. It was comfortable, with everything you need and even an extra comfort that you don't usually find in other homes. It is also very well located, 3 to 5 minutes by car from the center of Magog and close to tourist activities. I recommend this apartment in this quiet area, we will return without hesitation!
