Our stay was absolutely magical - from the clean, comfortable, stylishly well appointed home to the gorgeous surroundings, we loved every moment. David was also wonderful, gave clear instructions and was very responsive. 11/10 would recommend - we can't wait to visit again!

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious duplex! The three bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed—perfect for our group. The private swimming pool was a definite highlight, ideal for relaxing during the day, and the BBQ area made for great evening meals together. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living space felt like home. Quiet neighborhood, but still close to local attractions. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway🤗

I was there with 6 colleagues for a work retreat. The home was spotless with plenty of room for us to spread out or meet when we needed to. The surroundings and the house were both lovely and peaceful. Thanks to the hosts for sharing their beautiful spot!

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would come back in a heartbeat. The house is beautiful, comfortable and so well appointed. It was laid out perfectly for our family with teens upstairs in their own bedrooms and us in the primary suite. The property is gorgeous with views to the front and back and beautiful flowers. We spent happy moments dining outdoors and enjoying the games room. St Paul D’Abbotsford is charming and the home’s location is perfect - privately tucked within an orchard but close to amenities like farm stands, vineyards and a butcher. Granby is near for groceries and we loved the Pain Pain bakery there. We wish we could have brought our bikes and would like to return with time to book paragliding. Next time we stay at Francoise’s, we’ll also make a point of going the first day to the farm stand with the pick your own bouquet option so we can enjoy our selections during our stay. Kids loved the fresh strawberry puree slush there. It’s the little things we’ll remember.

Such a beautiful home. Every room is gorgeous, and especially clean. They had everything for a relaxing and fun weekend. Michael is super responsive, very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better home to stay. It is truly worth it!

My husband and I booked this place for our 7th year anniversary. Our check in was suppose to be at 4 but we arrived there at 11:30 am and Caroline was gracious to let us leave our bags in the garage while we explore Montreal for the rest of the day till our check in. She's extremely friendly and responsive. She was very diligent in cleaning the pool and enjoyed the pool experience very much looking over the river. Bathroom was clean, shower had very good water pressure and was hot for long time (I took a bath and my husband used the shower and we didn't run out of hot water-amazing!) We were able to use the washer and dryer easily. Linens were clean and fresh with NO lint. House decor was modern and comfortable. Looked exactly like the photos, but the space felt actually much bigger. All the appliances that you need. Attention to detail. The host is on site downstairs which made me feel safe but not intrusive at all. Thank you so much Caroline for letting us in your home.

We stayed in this beautiful house for three days of rain. We did not regret it. The house is fully equipped, with many activities for both children and parents. Everything was perfect, down to the last detail. Thanks Stephanie!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our toddler loved running around the spacious deck and climbing the ladders (with supervision, of course!). The view from the bed that came down from the ceiling was lovely. Would come back!

Location is perfect. 2 minutes from zoo and grocery store. House was spacious to accommodate family of 6 and more! Host was every easy to communicate! Located in the quiet neighborhood.

Our family of six (teens- preteen and child) thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the chalet. From the moment we arrived- we were blown away with how beautiful the accommodations were and how peaceful the surrounding was. It was exactly what we needed. It was a rainy weekend but we didn’t mind as we enjoyed the hot tub- lovely restaurants and movies by the fire place. Truly a beautiful location. By far the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed at and all the extra supplies at hand made it feel like home. We will definitely be back for a visit.

Perfect cottage to reconnect with nature! The house was clean and the view was beautiful! The spa being covered, we were able to enjoy it despite the rain!

I have stayed in a many rental properties over the years and I have never had a kitchen so loaded with everything a cook could ask for - very helpful! Amazing views and a 20 minute drive to Jay - just a great experience. The property is on a dirt road, which is no joke. Make sure you have the right vehicle for Vermont mud season and you will have the time of your life. Highly recommended!

Annie’s place is great. Cute little home, with thoughtful attention to detail so guests have what they need to feel at home. Annie is very communicative. We happily recommend this sweet stay!

Clean, bright, well appointed and decorated. Comfortable couch and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Nice outdoor deck and beautiful landscaping. Convenient location- 5 minute drive to Sutton or to the ski hill. Monic was a responsive host and met us at check-in to give us a tour of the space and how to use the appliances. It is helpful to note that both the bedroom and bathroom located in the upstairs loft are partially open to the floor below. So while you may not be able to see anyone in the loft when you are below, you would be able to hear them especially any bathroom sounds. This was not a problem as it was just the 2 of us. We were disappointed that charging our EV using the outdoor outlet was discouraged by the host. Fortunately there were 2 EV charging stations in town, but it is still nice to be able to charge at the house. It was also disappointing that my husband was told to keep his high-end road bike outdoors and while we were told thefts are rare, it was still a risk.

I had a great stay here. The place was very clean and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Everything was just as described, and I had no issues during my visit. Would definitely stay again!

Amanda was very accommodating to our last minute changes with check in and even let us extend our stay without any issues. The area was really peaceful and quiet through both the day and night time.
