Sitting on 10 acres, the cottage dates back to 1929, however, it has been updated to include modern conveniences. Comfortable but country chic I think would describe it! With a real wood fireplace and a huge deck out back, you can relax and enjoy! San Augustine has many historical sites and this cottage sits between two lakes, Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend, only 20-30 minutes in either direction.
