Holiday rentals with a patio in Broadbeach Waters

Great location, right beside some of the best restaurants and of course the beach! 🏝️ Would definitely come back and stay again.

Very happy with our stay. Fantastic location with kids. So much to do and Jackson had provided all the items needed for the activities available in the Resort such as golf balls/clubs, basketball, tennis balls/rackets, Nintendo Switch etc. Well equipped for kids with high chair, toddler step, plastic plates etc. It is on the 3rd level, so lots of stairs. But worth it. Beautifully decorated, very comfy beds and stylish fittings. A little oasis. Amazing pools and Resort editions such as a cinema, cafe, water slides… fun! We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to rebooking next time.

We found Maree’s hospitality was really good. Her instructions were clear & precise. Her was modern, immaculate, very well equipped & centrally located to everything within walking distance. From Pacific fair shopping centre, the casino, plenty of restaurants, the beach, bars & the tram line. Was a very enjoyable stay. A shame it was a short visit. Thank you Maree for your hospitality 😊

Great location with easy walk to restaurants, shopping centre and the beach. The apartment looked just like the photos, was spotlessly clean and very secure. Easy communications with our host. Would highly recommend.

Exceptional view and location. Apartment is modern and clean and spacious with fabulous facilities available for guests including spa, sauna and pool. We have stayed in this building before on a previous holiday and loved it so much we had to come back.

We loved staying at Paul’s place!! The perfect location to explore all the Gold Coast has to offer. We had a hire car so made use of the included car parking space which was super handy. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our week-long stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a super comfy bed! The apartment is located is such a great spot, walking distance to Nobby’s beach and lots of restaurants/cafe options. We did a walk down to Nth Burleigh headland, highly recommend. Would definitely book this Airbnb again on our next trip up north! Thanks Paul 🙏

We had a wonderful time and this apartment truely felt like a home away from home. If we wanted a night in we could cook a lovely meal. The pool and BBQ area were lovely and the apartment was located so close to the beach. We will book again for our next trip. It was extremely clean and had all the extras you need 10/10

We had an amazing stay here. The room was spacious and clean with beautiful views. There was plenty to do which was walking distance and great restaurants surrounding. Upon checkin the fridge had broken down - the hosts and team were proactive right away and resolved this in a timely matter. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly, especially Jason who helped us check in. Thank you so much for a great experience overall! Highly recommend and will certainly stay again in the future.

Well laid out. Bright and airy. Safe, enclosed garden for our dogs. Well-stocked kitchen. Great dinning area and outdoor seating. Close to all amenities.

The stay was fantastic, everyone had their own space with private ensuites in pretty much all of the rooms - it’s a beautiful home. The living areas are great. The house has great and thoughtful ammenities. Beautiful surroundings, the stay checked all of our boxes, would highly recommend.

Sam's place was an amazing stay in Springbrook. cosy, quaint with all the amenities one needs. the outdoor fireplace was awesome and once you step in you know Jaime and Sam exude hospitality in how everything is arranged at the place. would def return a 2nd time!

My friends from Malaysia , they are very happy with the house , the house is very clean and the kitchen very spacious and utensils very complete, easy to find , the view are amazing , lots of space to sit around , the communication with the host very good , very clear Instructions how to check in , yes overall great place to stay and we are very happy , thank you Elite

Brads place was lovely with gorgeous ocean views. It was easy walking distance to many shops and good restaurants. The bed was so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. We would definitely stay again!

Julie was extremely helpful and made the whole experience extremely easy and stress free I don’t want to give a good review as everyone else will want to stay here and I want to keep this place just for me and my family If I could give them 6 stars I would Will be back

Sharryn’s place was just beautiful. Great location and such a beautiful well set up apartment. Sharryn was a wonderful host, she met us at the complex and took us to the apartment and showed us the ins and outs. Great stay!

We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

Qian is so lovely she responds quickly she is helpful and wants your stay to be as homely as she can make it for you. she is very helpful in all ways she gives you suggestions with things to do in the area her favourite restaurants shooping etc. I love this lil place of hers is literally a stone throw from beach, surf club, walks, shopping, and night life. her prices are always fare, the place is clean cosy has washer and dryer is puppy friendly is all you need for a relaxing affordable stay in the heart of Broadbeach.. thanks for having Mouse(puppy) and I again Qain we appreciate you so much and will definitely e back. We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location!
