Holiday rentals with a patio in Broadbeach Waters

Great location, right beside some of the best restaurants and of course the beach! 🏝️ Would definitely come back and stay again.

Very happy with our stay. Fantastic location with kids. So much to do and Jackson had provided all the items needed for the activities available in the Resort such as golf balls/clubs, basketball, tennis balls/rackets, Nintendo Switch etc. Well equipped for kids with high chair, toddler step, plastic plates etc. It is on the 3rd level, so lots of stairs. But worth it. Beautifully decorated, very comfy beds and stylish fittings. A little oasis. Amazing pools and Resort editions such as a cinema, cafe, water slides… fun! We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to rebooking next time.

We found Maree’s hospitality was really good. Her instructions were clear & precise. Her was modern, immaculate, very well equipped & centrally located to everything within walking distance. From Pacific fair shopping centre, the casino, plenty of restaurants, the beach, bars & the tram line. Was a very enjoyable stay. A shame it was a short visit. Thank you Maree for your hospitality 😊

The apartment was presented beautifully. It’s very spacious and exactly as described. The information provided was great and the views are spectacular. The location is perfect and we quite often stay in this building for that reason.

My family and I had 5 amazing nights at Broadbeach. The room and view was incredible. The checking in and checking out was a smooth process and the staff communication was very friendly. It has great access to many great restaurants. The apartment was well appointed and spotless. Highly recommend and we will be back. Renay

This has been (once again) a wonderful place to stay. Everything is quality from the cutlery to the glassware. Spotlessly clean and we feel right at home.

The apartment was amazing. The ocean views were beautiful. The place was Sso close to everything: beach, restaurants, cafes etc. The place was so clean and tidy and stylish. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Fantastic apartment, felt like home. Great view of surfers beach. The place was spotless and Chloe was great. Great location everything is at your doorstep, no need to drive anywhere and the tram is out front too. Would highly recommend this property.

Well laid out. Bright and airy. Safe, enclosed garden for our dogs. Well-stocked kitchen. Great dinning area and outdoor seating. Close to all amenities.

The stay was fantastic, everyone had their own space with private ensuites in pretty much all of the rooms - it’s a beautiful home. The living areas are great. The house has great and thoughtful ammenities. Beautiful surroundings, the stay checked all of our boxes, would highly recommend.

Amazing place, so close to the Gold Coast but not feeling like the coast, the outlook is so relaxing, the fire pit and wine, so good!

Sam's place was an amazing stay in Springbrook. cosy, quaint with all the amenities one needs. the outdoor fireplace was awesome and once you step in you know Jaime and Sam exude hospitality in how everything is arranged at the place. would def return a 2nd time!

My friends from Malaysia , they are very happy with the house , the house is very clean and the kitchen very spacious and utensils very complete, easy to find , the view are amazing , lots of space to sit around , the communication with the host very good , very clear Instructions how to check in , yes overall great place to stay and we are very happy , thank you Elite

Brads place was lovely with gorgeous ocean views. It was easy walking distance to many shops and good restaurants. The bed was so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. We would definitely stay again!

Sharryn’s place was just beautiful. Great location and such a beautiful well set up apartment. Sharryn was a wonderful host, she met us at the complex and took us to the apartment and showed us the ins and outs. Great stay!

We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

Qian is so lovely she responds quickly she is helpful and wants your stay to be as homely as she can make it for you. she is very helpful in all ways she gives you suggestions with things to do in the area her favourite restaurants shooping etc. I love this lil place of hers is literally a stone throw from beach, surf club, walks, shopping, and night life. her prices are always fare, the place is clean cosy has washer and dryer is puppy friendly is all you need for a relaxing affordable stay in the heart of Broadbeach.. thanks for having Mouse(puppy) and I again Qain we appreciate you so much and will definitely e back. We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location!
