Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Broad Ripple, Indianapolis

Wonderful stay! Anna was very welcoming and communicative. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Clear instructions made everything simple and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Great stay. Everything exactly as described. Walkable into central Fishers, and Nickel Plate Trail very close by. Bed comfortable, and plenty of space throughout whole apartment. Would definitely recommend.

It was great to have parking included and still be within walking distance of everything!

This is my go to place when I come to town. Sometimes when it’s not available, I look to reschedule my trip.

We enjoyed our stay here. The laundry was a big bonus in our time as we needed it here and there. One minor flaw was the smoke smell that we got when we first stepped in. That was solved with some open windows. Other than that, a wonderful place!

Easy to find, v. comfortable, with central AC, nicely equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), nicely updated bathroom, vintage building (which I loved), transitional neighborhood, I felt safe, my teens had initial reservations (entryway to upstairs unit is what it is but spacious front porch was furnished to hang out), I appreciated the guestbook in the form of a chalkboard in the entryway, wish we had had time to add to it. Convenient to Butler, which is how we found it. Did not use the laundry but appreciated that it was available.

Great Location in a very nice neighborhood. Ample living areas. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Beds are comfy. Host was very communicative and responsive from booking to check out.

Great and safe place to stay close to the fairgrounds! Beautiful and super clean inside. Recommend staying here if in Indy!

This was such a great stay! The house was fantastic, and the backyard was awesome to hang out in. Having ample parking spots for the house was a huge plus with 2 bigger vehicles traveling in our group. Also it should be mentioned that even though I didn’t bring my dogs, I could’ve and they would’ve felt right at home. Everything from dog bowls, treats to toys was made available if you do decide to bring your dog. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in the broad ripple area to consider this house!

Very homey! A lovely little place!

So thankful for the last minute change to this AirBnb this weekend for EXPO! It’s so close to Dunkin and to the Exposition Center it 100% is the house we will stay in next time.

The house is on a busy street, but set back enough that it's not too disturbing. It was conveniently located for the places that the 7 of us needed to go over the weekend. The bedrooms layout worked perfectly for us - 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 up. And there was enough room in the common areas that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. There are plenty of grocery and restaurant options across the street.

I stayed for a week and a half in May for the Indy 500. Ben and Lauren were very responsive when I needed to call about a bathroom outlet not working. The home has great air conditioning, it gets hot and muggy in the Midwest. The home is super clean and had most of what I needed for an extended (13 day) stay. I hope it’s available next year!

Beautiful town house in a beautiful neighborhood. Spotless home, great and large space, it’s the whole package and a shame I couldn’t spend more time in it! Thanks for a seamless experience:)

It’s a great nice small property to stay. Definitely not big enough for more than two people but a great location to downtown.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!

The place was great!! Great location. Great response time from host!! The location was great!!!! So much to do and walkable!!!! Love downtown INDY!!! The wife and i are thinking about going back (alone) just to have Weekend at the same location
