Our family had a great stay at this home. Our kids enjoyed the pools and basketball court at the community center. The multiple levels of the house were nice - our kids loved that they had their own space in the lower level. If visiting the White Mountains, would recommend staying here.

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

We had a fantastic stay at Mercedes' home in Lincoln. Everything was spotless and well-prepared upon our arrival. The space was even larger than the photos suggested, providing plenty of room for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, making our stay even more comfortable. Mercedes was incredibly responsive and flexible, which was especially helpful with our little ones. The location was perfect—right in town and just a six-minute drive to Loon. The game room in the basement was a fantastic bonus that everyone enjoyed. Thank you, Mercedes, for a wonderful stay!

Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. The location was quiet and private. Wish we had more time to sit on the porch and relax, it was so nice. The house was impeccably clean and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pans, utensils, etc. the house was comfortable and in good condition.

This is a beautiful, brand new, and pristine house. The location is perfect, close to Meredith. It’s a very short drive to Fun Spot and a close walk to the neighborhood beach. Very clean and modern. A great stay!

We had a great stay at Brandon’s place. The house is cozy and clean, and the location right on the lake made it really special. We grilled every night, used the kayaks during the day, and hung out by the fire pit in the evenings. It was super quiet and peaceful, and the view from the dining table made board games and meals even better. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole space just had a really relaxed, homey feel. Brandon was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. It was a great spot to unplug and enjoy some time by the water — we’d definitely come back.

This is our extended family's third visit to Windy Peaks, so that speaks to how much we enjoy the place. It is a very comfortable house in a beautiful setting that easily accommodates our family of 7 adults and 4 kids. Depending on the weather, we've enjoyed playing pickleball, ping pong, pool and board games; the very nice playground; sledding; fire pit; and skiing at nearby Ragged Mountain. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of room for multiple cooks to work their magic. (It is on a mountain top so can get windy, though, thus "Windy Peaks".)

Kelly's place was a perfect last minute location for an overnight. We wanted to be in between Plymouth and Bethlehem and this was PERFECT-right off the highway. My favorite part was the cozy bed nestled in a lofted upstairs....keep that in mind if you are very tall. It was great for us!! Thank you so much :)

My friend and I needed a night to escape traffic & the busy life. We had such a great experience here! It's in a great location, walking distance to the river. Super close to the covered bridge and waterfall. The rooms are clean and adorable, the yard is comfortable and the hot tub was perfection! We will be here again!

Fantastic second stay! Perfect for a climbing trip

Dominic’s place was perfectly located just a few minutes from Boscawen, where we spent most of each day with family. At first, the area looks a bit sketchy, but it really is not. It’s directly across from the Northern Rail Trail and we saw many people walking the trail. Appreciated Dominic’s communication with us - checking in to be sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful space - perfect for two couples or small families. My husband and I went for a weekend away with my parents. Loved the location being close most places around the lake and Megan was super responsive to anything we needed. 5 stars all the way!

This is the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. And we’ve done our fair share of travel! We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my 30th birthday here and had a great time with plenty to do even with a rainy/cloudy weekend. We slept 8 & a dog comfortably. We loved the fire pit, sugar shack, proximity to Walter’s Basin, Inn Kitchen & Bar, West Rattlesnake Mountain, and nearby ice cream shop! We even drove down to Winnipesauke Boat Rentals in Laconia to rent a boat for the day. The airbnb was a perfect place to be for down time- there are so many amenities and the hosts really go the extra mile for you!! Such a nice stay, we would definitely book here again.

We were so pleased with this property and would love to stay here again! Manny was a great communicator, I didn't realized that it was a shared hot tub for every unit except 4 and he was quick to help me change our reservation to unit 4. It was very clean and it is west facing so you get beautiful sunsets. Great place with great hosts!

The lake house was beautiful! Literally a lake house it's on the water. The kitchen was great to use and socialize at the same time with a wonderful open floor plan into the living. There was a squall on the lake when we were there, so it got loud at night. I had ear plugs, so it was cool :). the fire pit was delightful. There are great restaurants in the area as well. Thank you for sharing your home.

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something special. The property was immaculate—clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the pristine kitchen, was perfection and made our trip unforgettable. Judith went above and beyond in every way, and clearly thought of everything a guest would need to feel right at home. She is also very responsive and easy to communicate with Without question, this property sets the gold standard for all Airbnb rentals. The property was absolutely stunning and made me feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the sunroom, which offered breathtaking views of Lake Webster-such a tranquil spot. Although I drove along the Kancamagus highway to see the autumn foliage, the most vibrant colors were actually at the Lake Sunapee Drive loop, 20 mins from the place. This is a hidden gem and so underrated. One of our best stays. Rachel is an awesome host, and so easy to communicate.

This was the best experience we’ve ever had with Airbnb. From start to finish, Christian’s communication was excellent. I honestly wish everyone were as communicative and proactive as he is.
