Beautiful, well decorated and SO clean. The location is ideal- only a few minutes to all the attractions in Newport. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was only in the 70s when we visited. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Adrienne’s place was great! The accommodations were as described. We really loved the serenity of the environment and how private it was. This place is aptly named “Natures Nook” and we loved walking the property and feeling immersed with nature even when inside. There were so many outdoor activities available to us. Although we didn’t get to take advantage of it all, would definitely book again if we are in the area!

Stunning house!! Perfect location for family gatherings and a vacation getaway. The amazing amenities, such as the pool, fire pit, and the unique basement with the games is everything you could possibly need for fun. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone.

Amy's place is spacious, with lots of different spaces to hang out and relax--from the pool to living room, sitting area, basement, game room, and nice outdoor space. The neighborhood was quiet and great for little kids, and Amy made sure to leave little touches for us when we arrived. Biggest downside were the beds, but if you like a softer/plusher mattress then even that would be great.

Theresa’s home was the perfect place for our family to stay during a wedding weekend in Bristol. The house is beautifully renovated and immaculately maintained, with everything we needed — and more — to feel comfortable and settled. It’s also in an ideal location, just a short walk to town and the harbor. What made the experience truly exceptional was Theresa’s thoughtfulness and communication. From offering early check-in when our travel plans shifted, to checking in on us during bad weather, to leaving a bottle of wine to welcome us after a long day — she went above and beyond in every way. She was incredibly warm, responsive, and flexible throughout our stay, and made everything feel seamless. We felt so well taken care of, and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This place was clean and comfortable. It’s definitely a lived in home with plenty of toys in the kids rooms, plenty of linens and pillows and decor. Everything worked for us including strong WiFi! We came when is was too hot so actually we turned on the heater and the home got warm quickly. Showers were amazing and one niece even took a bath and loved it. The fridge is amazing - I know that seems silly but when you have a big family traveling with you and you’re buying groceries, it will matter! We really have no complaints. Well, maybe the only complaint was there is a kitchen trash can with an automatic lid and for some reason my family just can’t operate technology! So we struggled with it until we finally just took the lid off until we left. Haha. But everything else was great. Everyone slept well so not sure about other people but we thought the beds were just fine. Cozy for us.

We enjoyed our time at Joe's home! It was spacious, comfortable, and we really apprecaited a well equipped kitchen with everything you could need! He was very kind, responsive in our communications and we would recommend the stay to others!

Timothy's place was perfect for our needs. We are familiar with the area and were returning for a college reunion in nearby Providence. His place is very cozy and in a beautiful area with quiet streets and a short walk to beautiful bay views. Unfortunately the weather was uncooperative, but the outside space looks very inviting with room to relax, use the grill, etc. Timothy was very responsive to questions and a very welcoming host. Overall a great stay and highly recommended in an area with very few similar options.

We came to Rhode Island for my brothers Navy graduation and this place did not disappoint for our lodging! It was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. The hosts were amazing and very kind to communicate with. My family and I will definitely be back to stay again and next time for even longer! Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing!! Highly recommend this beautifully renovated home which is right on the water with spectacular views. The home was very clean, spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked. We stayed for 5 weeks and felt right at home. We cooked lots of dinners, baked cookies & played games - the kitchen has everything! It’s a great location - close to downtown Bristol. Kara is very responsive and often checked in with us to make sure things were going well. Exceeded our expectations! Thank you Kara!

Patricia was so helpful and responsive. Her home is absolutely beautiful—even nicer than the photos. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable, and Patricia provided some great suggestions for places to eat and drink. I hope that we are able to stay again.

We couldn’t get enough of the view!! The house is lovely and cozy and our family really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very clean and comfortable. There are four nice outdoor seating areas with the beautiful view of the ocean! Just keep note that to access any of the bedrooms, you’ll need to take a flight of stairs.

This is a comfortable perch up above Bristol Harbor, a short walk from restaurants and shops along the harbor.

This location and home was beautiful and serene! Overlooking the water, it had plenty of space for our family. The fine touches made it feel like a home. I would definitely stay again!

This trip was great! The house was more than accommodating for the 11 guys we had for my buddies bachelor trip. It was walking distance to all the water front bars in Bristol and a quick drive to Newport and Casinos. They were so responsive and informative in all aspects! The price was very fair and affordable split between all of us. I would definitely recommend staying here and may even consider going back in the future. Thanks for the fun weekend (:
