Holiday rentals with beach access in Bristol County

Wonderful place to stay to visit my family. Mitchell was very responsive to all of my questions. We enjoyed walking to the parks and restaurants in this quaint town. Hope to return next year.

it was a charming little place and spacious. We only had two people and two dogs. Location was amazing in Warren. Bradley was very communicative and gave good instructions. This has nothing to do with Bradley or the house but just a warning if you are using the charger for electric cars in the parking lot off of water st.. ensure to only use to charge as much as you need. the amount of money they charged was very high and it didn't stop once I was charged. I am still new to electric cars so I am sure there is user error somewhere in there.

This apartment is perfect for families with young kids! Tons of amenities like a pack and play and toys that kept my 2 year old entertained. Great backyard and a quick walk to multiple playgrounds and downtown Bristol! We had the best stay and will be back next year!

The place was so spacious for our group of friends for a weekend away! It was very well kept and we had an amazing stay!

My husband and I were delighted with our stay at Karina & Peter's. Everything was just as advertised. The easy walk into town was exactly what we wanted, we appreciated the restaurant recommendations, and had great fun exploring the galleries and shops in town. Communication with Karina was excellent - she always got back to us even more quickly than advertised, which was very much appreciated. High quality linens on the bed, very well appointed kitchen (although I wasn't on vacation to be cooking - hahah), and ample products in the shower (I'd forgotten some things!) - basically all the amenities to make us feel right at home. I highly recommend this property and hope we'll be back again in the future. Thank you, Karina & Peter!

We had a wonderful stay here! Bethany was incredibly attentive and we actually got to meet her & chat while on the property. The location is great, just steps from the waterfront and walking distance to a local park. Very private & quiet area, and the unit came supplied with everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds, linens and bathroom, well stocked kitchen. Rooms and furniture were exactly as in pictures. Best part -- really lovely large garden where we sat multiple times enjoying flowers and birdsong (in between wedding weekend events). Very walkable - just minutes to Linden Place, restaurants on Hope and Thames Streets, little shops, and the sail-boat filled waterfront. Hosts were prompt and proactive in communications, and left very helpful info on breakfast places, things to do in/near Bristol (there are many), groceries and pharmacies.

This cottage was even better than the pictures! My daughter was recovering from surgery at Hasbro and I am beyond grateful we found Nicole and this stunning property. Nicole was flexible with our dates and beyond accommodating. The property was immaculate, well stocked, peaceful and exuded charm at every corner. To say this was a healing environment would be an understatement. The light filled cottage was so comfortable and has such a good energy, we did not want to leave. Not to mention the beautiful views out of every window! We’d love to come back and stay at this special property in the future! Thank you so much!!

We came for our son's graduation in Providence, and Thomas’s place was perfect for our stay. Traveling with three generations, it was nice to have a spacious, comfortable home base where we could all unwind after long, exciting days. The house was spotless, exactly as pictured. The views were beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet and charming, and everything about the home made us feel relaxed and welcome. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area, and we hope to return for another visit soon!

Perfect location to attend our daughter’s St Andrew’s graduation. Wish we had found this earlier for parents weekends and attending games! Nice to have an option right in Barrington!

A lovely, completely updated, immaculately clean home! Mark and Mattie are wonderful to work with and even arranged for good weather for our son's wedding!

Very nice stay for our family! We were very comfortable here. The backyard is its own little oasis and the hot tub was so nice! Great hosts with little touches throughout the house - snacks and drinks on arrival, tissue boxes on each end table, plenty of towels, local recommendations, and more. Cute and quiet town with some great local things to do. Very happy with our stay

Leigh Anne’s house was everything we could have wished for from a vacation home and SO much more. There were many little touches in her home which went above and beyond what you would expect from a vacation home. Every drawer had something useful in it which someone may want or need. Leigh Anne’s communication was exceptional. We slept in the first floor master bedroom and the bed was so comfortable. The shower was really powerful with loads of hot water, there were plenty of lovely fluffy towels. The home also had loads of storage space, everywhere was immaculately clean. We will definitely return. Thanks for your hospitality Leigh Anne.

We had a wonderful stay in Paula’s house. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. She has a fully stocked kitchen that was a pleasure to cook in. The views are wonderful and the master bath is incredible. This house is sparkling clean! It’s located very conveniently to the bike path and Colt State Park. We loved the area and were thankful to have our long days end hanging out in this lovely house. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

The place was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It has a lovely view of the water and is walkable to many shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful. We were one hundred percent satisfied with our stay and hope to return again in the future.

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

Fantastic place! Great location—walkable to many shops and restaurants and transportation. Very quaint area. Danielle’s place was clean and the check-in staff were super friendly and recommended lots of things for us. Only recommendation I’d have is to have a hairdryer available in the unit. We would definitely stay again.

We rented Kathi's place for our girls trip to Newport! It was plenty big and spacious to comfortably accommodate our group of 5. The best part is the prime location! Couldn't have asked for a better one - the Bodhi spa is right across the street, good restaurants that we could just walk to, plenty of shopping on the street. Kathi was always very responsive and even gave us early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Having free parking is a bonus on Thames St, you know if you have ever been to Newport! Overall we all had a fabulous time. Thanks Kathi.

I highly recommend staying here as a home away from home retreat! Our stay was relaxing and cozy with a peaceful view of the water. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.

Perfect home to accommodate our family of 4 on a mini beach getaway. Would absolutely stay again!
