This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Our new holiday home Una is waiting for you! It offers you plenty of peace and relaxation on 120m2 of barrier-free living space with private pool of over 53m2 size. At your disposal are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double bed and one of them with bathroom and one with two single beds. In total, there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bath and each with shower. We are happy to provide a highchair and travel bed, of course free of charge.

We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
