Fabulous stay. Easy walk to beach, restaurants & shops. So many spaces to relax in with rest of group or your own space. Kitchen very well equipped, rooms large. Very quiet and peaceful location with lovely views of the water in the distance.

Toni was extremely accommodating and the house was beyond beautiful! Fantastic recommendations of local area. Wish we had booked to stay longer but will definitely stay again when we come back!

We stayed at Janmaree's house for Easter on a family trip. Everything was clean and easy to find and Janmaree was always very responsive and helpful. The view was absolutely breathtaking and we all loved sitting outside by the fire, playing a few games. Janmaree had even gone above and beyond and hid Easter eggs around the house for us - what a lovely gesture! We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

We had a relaxing trip, the house was great for our two families with kids. The pizza oven was definitely the highlight and the view was gorgeous Kitchen had more than you need and everything was well stocked.

We as an extended family make this a regular family getaway. We have always had such a great time and thoroughly enjoy all the activities on offer. Some fierce 8 ball is played. Cricket and football in the huge yard. A spot of fishing nearby and swimming in the beautiful pool is always a highlight. An added bonus this year was getting a message to say we could check in early. Thank you again. The memories we get from our stay are beautiful. A trip to the Beaconsfield mine was also a highlight this year.

We had the most beautiful 2-night stay at Chateau Clarence Point with our family from April 17th to 19th. The home was even better than the pictures—so spacious, clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Our little ones loved the playroom and all the space to run around, while the adults enjoyed the peaceful views of the Tamar River and cosy evenings by the fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some lovely family meals, and the whole house just had such a calm, welcoming feel to it. The hosts made sure everything was perfect for our stay. It was the perfect way to start our Tasmania trip—relaxing, comfortable, and full of lovely memories. Highly recommend this gem to anyone travelling with family or friends!

This is a lovely modern house which is great for a family getaway. It’s a short walk to the river and beach. We didn’t use the sauna because there was no instructions on how to operate. Worth noting is that there are security cameras aimed into the living room and at the entrance to the sauna. The host assured us that they were turned off but the infrared was triggered at night by movement and the server is still turned on in the cupboard so this wasn’t very reassuring.

This was a beautiful property! We really enjoyed our stay - Greens Beach feels so secluded and peaceful, a lovely getaway. We used the property as a stay cation for a friend's birthday and had a lovely time away. The interior of the house was well designed and thought out, our only negative was that we wished we stayed longer.

We had a wonderful time at Fiona and John's. We loved the native garden out back and the views from the second story, were so beautiful. The house is within close walking distance to a track leading to the beach, which was a bonus. There was plenty of seating options and space both inside and out and cooking appliances including a BBQ for entertaining. The house was well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday away. There were also plenty of options for family activities, including bikes, board games and totem tennis. We had the most delightful few days staying at Tim’s house. Brilliant location - just across the road from the beach and a beautiful cafe/providore. Perfect for families, especially with young children. We loved that we couldn’t get reception easily - the perfect way to switch off and truly relax. A truly wonderful holiday Thanks so much, Tim!

We were looking for a relaxing getaway and we got one. Mandy had the house prepared perfectly for our stay, it was warm, cosy and peaceful, with amazing views to the Tamar. Beautifully appointed with everything we needed to relax and unwind. Wish we could have stayed longer!
