Joanne’s place is very comfortable and just a short walk from the village centre. The breakfast in the cafe on site was delicious. Joanne was very welcoming. We will stay again when back in the area.

Beautiful apartment on vast estate. Furnished to a high standard, well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Great feel of space, light and superb views. The hall is 20 minutes drive from the local town. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and off the beaten track, you’ll like this. Dog friendly accommodation, Paddy our Cockapoo, thoroughly enjoyed the walks. Thank you Ellie.

We stayed the night before the Hardmoors 110 run. The place was clean, well laid out and had everything we needed. Sally was communicative, friendly and helpful, and made the stay easy. Would recommend

We stayed for a couple of nights with friends, , bedrooms were lovely, with spotless sheets and duvets. Well equipped kitchen and spacious seating in the lounge area. The central heating was welcome when it was a bit chilly. Bath and separate shower were great. Would recommend a stay here.

A lovely clean basement flat for the 2 of us with our dog. The location is excellent, virtually everything in Scarborough was in walking distance from the flat. John has been a great host from the start to the end of the stay. We recommend a trip to Filey beach if you are bringing your dog. Also a short drive to Robin Hood Bay too. We highly recommend staying in this lovely flat.

Really comfortable. well equipped kitchen, Anne even left me a cafetiere after I asked last time if there was one. plenty of hot water, good shower, and comfy bedroom. And walkable to the beach. everything I needed for a 3 night work stay.

We had a lovely stay at this flat. It was cosy and very comfortable. Lovely living room with huge sofa where we spent a cosy New Year’s Eve with the kids. Bedrooms are as described and beds comfortable. Kitchen was nice and well equipped. Hosts were really responsive and kind. We had a small issue on the first day and they responded and came round to the property immediately to fix it. The surrounding area is beautiful! We have just returned from 3 lovely nights at the Garden Flat. The photos show you exactly what you're getting. Plenty of space for us 2 and our 4 legged pal. Spent a great couple of hours reading in the sun trap terrace which was for our use only and completely secure for our dog. would not hesitate to recommend and to stay here again.

I highly recommend this apartment as a place to stay. It is spacious, stylish, modern and comfortable in the heart of the old town. Although the street itself was busy, the apartment is located at the back and was very quiet; we had a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed. We certainly had everything that we needed in the apartment and appreciated the fresh milk, bottled water, tea/coffee etc. Gary was friendly and swift in all his communications with us and the early check in was a real bonus. I am only sorry that I did not get chance to read 'The Land of Green Ginger' - maybe next time. I would definitely stay here again.

Journeyed up to Hull to reunited with uni friends & relive 2006! This flat was a perfect base, spacious & a great location, only a short walk to the city centre. Had great communication with the host leading up to the trip & throughout the weekend. Would definitely recommend & will be using again on our next venture north.

The flat is just round the corner from the Harbour Bar so it's really handy for all the seafront attractions. Having two toilets was really useful for our group and we were able to check-in easily.

having left the apartment this afternoon an excellent week I would happily recommend the apartment to anyone. VERY central to beach shops and obviously a bar or three. The apartment was spotless on arrival. I found that the local railway station was best for parking. £3.30 all day and adjacent to the Tescos store. All in all a fantastic week highly recommended.

Great place to stay for our friends hen party.. appears like a house in the pics but its actually an apartment with a lovely outdoor terrace and hot tub. Spoke to host who advised us to pull up and offload the car outside the property, and then move to suitable places to park nearby. Great place for a weekend with friend, had everything we needed

Very beautiful stay with an amazing location, about 15 minute easy walk down to the beach, grocery, pub, food all basically across the street.

We had a lovely stay, it was a short walk to the sea front and lots of amenities. Cara was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had.
